Full bath, kitchen, and laundry room are fully stocked for your comfort and enjoyment. Huyck Lake is a quiet, no wake lake. This house is perfect for a small to medium sized family or a romantic getaway. Master bedroom and guest bedroom have mounted TV’s. Family friendly. No to the following: pets, smoking, parties.

We are five short blocks from Trine University and a short drive to the center of town and one of our 101 lakes. Jake's Place is on a private beautiful all sports lake (all DNR regulations apply) This is the perfect spot for your next family getaway. Spring feed lake, very clean and sandy bottom. This property has access to a second empty lot for additional yard. Multiple indoor and outdoor games, paddle boat, 4 kayaks and bond fire pit for relaxing after a great day on/in the lake. Jake's place faces the west for Gorgeous sunset viewing to end your day.

Charming Lakefront Cottage

Relax with the whole family at our charming cottage. We are located on a private road with a wide-open view of Coldwater Lake, just walk down the stairway and you are there. You may dock your boat at our dock, or there are marinas on the lake who rent boats. Coldwater is the largest lake of 6 on the 17-mile chain of lakes. You can boat, walk, bike, or drive to restaurants and ice cream. Pet fee $150 per dog, by approval.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful waterfront lakehouse, with walk-in, sandy beach lake access. Boat available to rent, and space available for your boats. Spacious yard with plenty of parking. Coldwater Lake is over 1,600 acres of all-sports fun on desirable South Chain of Lakes in Coldwater, MI. The chain is 17 miles, traversable via pontoon or speedboat! The Cabin includes 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths.

Outpost Treehouse

The lookout inspired Outpost Treehouse (not actually attached to a tree) sits in a white pine forest in the middle of a 50 acre active farm. The 15 hand crafted windows allow for great views watching out for Michigan wildlife--White tail deer, turkeys, owls, coyote have all been spotted from the elevated wrap around deck. The biggest regret that guests have noted is “we wish we would have stayed longer”!

The Garden House

Relax with the whole family in this charming old home, with swings on the front porch and an overgrown English cottage garden in back. Less than ten minutes from Hillsdale College with a fully equipped kitchen, this makes a great home base for college families. When we travel, we enjoy places with character, and we have maintained the character of this old fashioned family home.
