You and your guests will absolutely love this centrally located house. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In addition, there is a basement with more beds and a mini movie theater. The kitchen is fully stocked. There is a terrace where you can BBQ! Also, the neighborhood has a park, 2 pools, a jacuzzi and a restaurant in front of the ocean. You will also have private access to the beach. Security constantly does rounds to keep everyone safe. A grocery store and other shops are just steps away.
