Idéalement placée à l'entrée du parc naturel des Bauges, vous serez à 10 km du centre d'Annecy et de son lac, à 12 km de la station du Semnoz et à 45 mn de La Clusaz et du Grand Bornand. Une boulangerie, un arrêt de bus et une station de vélos électriques se trouvent au centre du village à 1 km et un centre commercial à 6 km.

Family house built in 1925 (great-grandfather) and renovated in 2019. It is located 4 km from Annecy's Old Town (via a cycle path), at the end of a cul-de-sac, right by the lake (with a private jetty), near the port of Sevrier, the sailing club, the tennis club. The cycle path passes right behind the house. Municipal beach 5min walk, riding club 5-10min by bike. Swing in the garden. For those who come by electric vehicle, you have a Green-Up plug. Don't forget to bring your cable!

Pleasant flat in the center of the village of Quintal 10 minutes from Annecy, 15 minutes from the ski resort of the Semnoz and 40 minutes from Geneva. You will enjoy the calm of the village, the many walks and hikes in the nearby forest. The proximity of the city of Annecy and the lake while keeping a countryside surroundings in the middle of nature. Tennis court nearby, you have the possibility to book 1 hours or one week accès.
