The area has many markets, shops and bars and you will be really comfortable as in the house as in the neighbourhood. The apartment is very cosy and has a great terrace. You can lie there at the sun, rest, have breakfast and have a beer or a cup of wine in the afternoon. It has also wifi. The dorm has a 1.50 bed and in the living room there is a sofa with chaise lounge available to sleep for 1 or 2 persons.

Quiet neighborhood but with restaurants, supermarkets, stores and shops within easy reach because it's on Calle Alcalá. The Docamar restaurant is next door (the best patatas bravas in Madrid). The Plaza de Toros de Ventas is a 15-minute walk away. There is SmartTV, A/C and Wi-Fi.
