Close to shops, lake, pool, walking trails and city center (less than 5 minutes walk). Beach 25 minutes, multiplex and shopping area 15 minutes. The house is on 3 levels, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A terrace at the front and a garden at the back.
