Farmstay holiday rentals in Quito

The experience was very good. The place is beautiful. Everyone at the place was very friendly, we had a problem with our car and they were ready to help us with everything, especially Fernando, the guy who works at the place, he is a very friendly and proactive person. Lila was very friendly and always ready to help us with whatever we needed. It was a very good experience.

I stayed at this peaceful farm with my family and two young children, and it was everything we could've wished for. It's beautiful setting made you want to never leave the place due to the cozy comfortable inside and scenery outside. Carmen and Rosa Linda were very attentive to our needs, and were fast to respond to all requests from starting the fire to arranging for my daughters to milk the cows and feed the horses. The whole staff on the farm is very friendly and there to help. It was a truly a unique experience. There's plenty of hiking in the area and it's close to all the sights of Cotopaxi park. The incredible hosts arranged for our transportation, itinerary, and cooked us some of the most delicious food I had during my trip. I can't wait to go back!

Loved the place, we felt right at home

Absolutely recommended . The house is very unique and the location is superb. The design is right out of an architectural magazine and the decor is very tasteful . The rooms are large and very comfortable . Some have amazing views of the volcanos . The common areas are very cozy and inviting . Wifi worked well and the showers were fantastic . The caretaker/cool are very helpful and friendly and made our stay special . I would definitely come back !

Casa de Campo Cayambe is hands down one of the most amazing places I've ever stayed--whether in Ecuador or outside of Ecuador. Jeannie is an amazing host and her hospitality is fabulous. The location, the food, the view, the attention to detail and her lovely home make this an unforgettable and must-do experience!!

I cannot say enough good things about the hacienda. It was exactly what we needed, a private, safe, peaceful place outside the city. Manuel, the caretaker of the farm, was amazing and always available for whatever we needed. Though the place is in nature, it was still only a 5 minute drive to town and groceries, plus a perfect launching point for all the different things to do and see in the area. Our kids played all over the 12 hectare property, climbing trees, running through fields, jumping on the trampoline, and enjoying the animals. The views of the mountains were incredible!! We absolutely loved it and would highly recommend, I hope we get to return in the future.

It is a warm and cozy accommodation, Mónika and her husband are very friendly and make you feel at home. I can only say that everything was great.

This place is awesome! We spent there increadible time enjoying the great views to Cotopaxi and delicious food crafted in every detail. The hacienda has its history and unique vibe which makes is so special. Raul was very helpful, generous and open-handed. We are extremely grateful for every minute we stayed there! we absolutely loved our stay here. it was quiet and peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle of the city-- but close enough. I also fell in love with the chickens. Mabe was as sweet as she could be and even helped us get into our car that we locked ourselves out of late at night!

Consider that at night it is quite cold in the area, walking them to take the fireplace so that their stay is pleasant like mine.

The place is simply amazing for a rural getaway near Quito. It is fully equipped, staff is helpful when needed, otherwise you are left alone. The house is super cozy, with everything you need to set a fireplace, a grill or even pizza una the wood oven. The hot tub is always warm in a beautiful greenhouse kinda place.

This is a lovely, custom-built little house in a scenic location. If you have a four-wheel drive vehicle it would be perfect. We came by taxi and didn't ask enough questions beforehand. It is four km from Nono and the last km is steep and requires a four-wheel drive. Our hosts shuttled us from the junction when we arrived and when we left, so we were fine. They live about a ten-minute walk from the house via a path that goes through fields. If you had a normal vehicle, I think you would park at their place, as their access road is drive-able with a normal car. The "living room with fireplace" is actually outside but enclosed on three sides. They provided wood and we were comfortable. They arranged a wonderful driver to take us to Yanacocha Biological Reserve. He grew up in Nono and had lots of local information. It was a great day trip. The house and hosts were awesome; just be prepared for remoteness. Don't plan on walking to a nearby restaurant or calling a taxi.

This was a perfect place to stay for a short trip in Quito. Dominic was responsive before and during the trip, he arranged transport from the airport, was super helpful with recommendations, and the employees were all helpful and kind. We loved the surrounding beauty, the farm animals, and the friendly pets. The room was basic but clean, with plenty of comfy bedding, and complimentary toiletries. Great value for a unique stay!

We had a great stay at the hacienda el Rejo! The house is huge with beautiful vistas and surroundings. We all enjoyed interacting with the animals on the farm. Bedrooms were well-appointed, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was missing a few things we would’ve expected (ie: a coffee press or coffee maker; drinking water was only available at the restaurant so we filled pitchers/water bottles each day), but otherwise we were able to cook a few meals at the house. The restaurant on site is great and we enjoyed a dinner and breakfast there. Don’t miss the house-made cheese! Staff provided great advice and arranged a horseback ride for our group. It’s about a 45 minute drive to the entrance to Cotopaxi National park, very convenient. All in all I’d highly recommend a stay at this beautiful property with warm, welcoming staff. Sincerely hope to return!

Miryam is such a sweet host, we felt like home! So kind and helpful she even baked bread and made us jam! Her dogs are the cutest and share so much love and kindness! The house cute and the garden Is amazing! So grateful for this experience and can’t wait to come back!!

I highly recommend staying at the Hacienda. Everything about the place was fantastic. The amenities, the food, the surrounding area, the staff and the activities were are superb! You will not be disappointed!

The site is perfect for a getaway from the city. The proximity to the Imbabura and nature around you let you relax in this quiet and cozy cabin. Highly recommended! Katty and Lionel are great hosts! Generous and attentive people (without being intrusive). They left several things for breakfast and shared vegetables from the orchard, which looked like a detail. On the list for places to come back :)

We had a great stay and experience, from check in to check out. Isabel was very responsive to our questions and concerns (power outages in Ecuador), and made us feel comfortable that everything was going to be ok.the place is beautiful, cozy, and the views were incredible (we woke up with a beautiful view of Cayambe volcano). Cristina and Carmen helped us and made our lives so much easier. The whole family loved the experience. Highly recommended!

Choco 701 is a very comfortable place, with spectacular views and very peaceful. We recommend for a few days disconnected from the city.
