Holiday rentals with beach access in Quogue

Cozy, well appointed apartment on a tranquil property in the woods. Short drive to the woods and to downtown Sag Harbor. All in all, a great pied-a-terre for our week in the Hamptons.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a weekend in late May. The complimentary beach pass parking is nice, would love to have been here in the summertime. Cozy bed and very clean place. TV has all the apps. Food in the area was a bit hit or miss but I suppose it is the Hamptons.

We loved Jamie’s place. The location is PERFECT (right on the edge of downtown Sayville), and has convenient parking, too. Instructions to get in were waiting in our inbox as soon as we got off the plane. Super convenient to Islip airport. The space is immaculate. Perfectly clean, everything looks new and is imperfect working order. Well-equipped kitchen, with all the necessities. The AC is a STRONG unit. When it comes on - it’s ON! If You’re a light sleeper you might notice, but it didn’t bother us at all. Internet was fast and strong throughout the flat (although it’s not that big, of course). The friends we were visiting loved it so much they’re going to start recommending it to all their guests!

I love this place. Perfect but what we were looking for. Walking distance to access beach. Overlooking the pier. Very clean and check in with.

this was my 4th time staying at this air b and b and as usual I dodnt want to leave!!. Sarah and Phil where amazing. I love going to this air b and b becouse its so peaceful and calm and its like be at home. The space was exactly as described in the listing. Comfortable and clean, but not luxurious. Has everything you need for a short stay. I especially appreciated the free on-site parking spot. I would stay here again.

It was such a pleasure spending a weekend in Claire’s studio. The studio is very clean and comfortable, and my wife and I particularly appreciated the kitchenette, which allowed us to prepare a dinner one night and make our own pour-over coffee in the morning. We also loved hearing the birds as we woke up in the morning. And the location is terrific—an easy walk to the Southhold town center and a quick drive to other surrounding attractions like Greenport, nearby beaches, and wineries. Highly recommend!

Alisa and Lena's place was really cute, private and comfortable. We had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Also you can walk a few short blocks to a bird sanctuary!

From the moment we booked, to the moment we left, John was quick to respond, extremely personable and honest. This was our first experience with an AirBNB. We sincerely hope all hosts are as accurate and honest. The house is a perfect getaway. A very quiet neighborhood with a back yard is tranquil. John and his partners truly thought of everything. Do not hesitate to rent this beauty.

This stay was truly beyond incredible—it far exceeded all of my expectations! The house was not only stunning and beautifully decorated, but it also had such a warm and inviting feel the moment I walked in. It was spotless, impeccably clean, and clearly cared for with love and attention to detail. The highlight for me was the serene back deck overlooking the canal—such a peaceful, calming space that made it easy to relax and unwind. I found myself spending hours out there, just soaking in the tranquility. Yoon was an absolute dream to communicate with—always prompt, kind, and so accommodating. Every part of this experience was seamless and full of thoughtful touches. I honestly can’t say enough amazing things about the home, the location, and the entire experience. It was perfect in every way! I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

Greg was a phenomenal host who went above and beyond for our group, including facilitating an early check-in, helping with local recommendations, and making sure we had everything we needed. The house was spotless and beautiful, and boasts both a heated pool and hot tub outside, making it an amazing deal overall. Definitely would recommend, a great spot for a weekend to relax!

We had a wonderful weekend stay at Eileen's beautiful waterfront home. The view from the living room and primary bedroom of the water was so peaceful. The kitchen was well appointed and the cozy living room made for a wonderful family gathering spot when we weren't dining out at the fabulous nearby restaurants, visiting wineries, or viewing local scenery. Eileen was incredibly responsive to small questions we had. We would definitely book again!!

Gorgeous house and property that is even better than the photos. Like other reviews have mentioned, the highway noise in the backyard is definitely present, but easy enough to ignore. Really enjoyed our stay and communication was great!

Met all of our needs to be close to family in the area for an event. It's very spacious and the beds are comfortable. The spiral staircase was steep and narrow, but we made it work. Thanks for a great overall stay!

Just had a wonderful stay at Robert’s place! The place was impeccably clean, and Robert was incredibly responsive and friendly throughout our visit. While the manor has a charmingly vintage vibe and could use a bit of modernization, we truly enjoyed our time there. The warmth of the atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. We recommend for anyone looking for a cozy getaway!
