Welcome to have a clean, well maintained one-bedroom apartment! The entire apartment (37 m²) is at your disposal. For a car in this area, rare free parking with a heating pole in the yard. In the apartment you can enjoy a sauna and a spacious balcony. It has a well-equipped kitchen. To get to the city center, you can quickly get to the city through the Bridge, for example, on the bikes included in the rental. The apartment has an air source heat pump, so the nights go cool in the summer. Partying is prohibited.

Hakoniemi - Old log house in Northern Saimaa

The creative space in Rääkkylä, Oravisalo, provides a framework for working and leisure, combining creativity and nature.The 1925s old farm has got a new life as a center of creative activity where you can organize workshops, events, marketing projects and tourist and accommodation services.

New sauna room by the lake

Welcome to relax in the sauna room in our yard, by the lake! Although a small, stylish sauna is part of our inhabited courtyard, you will find peace, nature, privacy and wonderful scenery here. The place is also great for working remotely! Lahti beach is shallow and great for children. Rowing boat in use. Additional fee of 70€ for use of the hot tub. Bring your own linens and towels. However, in an exceptional situation, linens can be arranged from the place to stay with a separate fee.

Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

Private apartment in Joensuu, Room 4

In a detached building, you'll stay in a private room and avoid human contact if you'd like. You'll have access to a 120cm wide bed, kph/toilet, micro, refrigerator, coffee maker and tea kettle, small dishware, and coffee and tea are available. Hot plate + sauteer available upon request. Set in rural areas, near the city, on the highway, less than 10 minutes by car from the center of Joensuu. Parking is also available using a truck (please let me know in advance).

Relax in the soft steam of the SAUNA in a terraced house in a very peaceful location, renovated in 2022. In the bedrooms, you'll find ready-pedated beds for a towel. One bedroom has a 160x200cm double bed and the other has 2 beds 90cm wide. 2 extra beds can be placed in the living room. The kitchen is well stocked. In the living room, you'll find a smart TV. The sauna has just been replaced by the stones of the stove. Coffee, tea, and final cleaning are included!

Grandma's Cottage with Sauna

A 100-year-old log cabin with comforts of year-round living in the yard of the main house. For multi-night guests during the heating season, in addition to electricity, furnace heating. Trees ready, guidance or heating if needed. Good road connections. About 10 minutes to Outokumpu and 30 minutes to Joensuu. Koli about an hour and Valamo Monastery about 30 minutes by car. There's also a dog cage outside with a small coop.

The house is part of an old farmyard. The finnish-german couple welcomes its guests the year round, for only one night or for longer stays. The farm and its surroundings offer plenty of activities. The farm hosts a model railway, a farm museum and an organic beekeeping with honey sale. You may book the farm sauna for your own use. Swimming at the lake on demand.
