However, in an exceptional situation, linens can be arranged from the place to stay with a separate fee.

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

Set in rural areas, near the city, on the highway, less than 10 minutes by car from the center of Joensuu. Parking is also available using a truck (please let me know in advance).

One bedroom has a 160x200cm double bed and the other has 2 beds 90cm wide. 2 extra beds can be placed in the living room. The kitchen is well stocked. In the living room, you'll find a smart TV. The sauna has just been replaced by the stones of the stove. Coffee, tea, and final cleaning are included!

The air source heat pump cools in summer and heats in winter. Barbecue hut in the yard. Rowing boat in use. Great road connection. Come and enjoy the cottage life to the beautiful natural landscape, the south shore. Check-in time at 3pm and departure time at 12pm.

A 100-year-old log cabin with comforts of year-round living in the yard of the main house. For multi-night guests during the heating season, in addition to electricity, furnace heating. Trees ready, guidance or heating if needed. Good road connections. About 10 minutes to Outokumpu and 30 minutes to Joensuu. Koli about an hour and Valamo Monastery about 30 minutes by car. There's also a dog cage outside with a small coop.

We really enjoyed our stay at Jaana’s cottage. There was plenty of room for everyone and outdoor amenities were great. Unfortunately the dock was not in the water as shown in the photos, but it was easy to get in and out of the water regardless. Jaana also had frisbee golf, darts, 2 fishing poles, and a paddle board rental that we used. A beautiful and quiet place with miles of lake surrounding the cottage!
