The location is ideal for discovering the city, strolling along the Tarn or exploring the treasures of the Pays de Cocagne. Perfect for a couple, a solo traveler or a business trip.

Nature lovers will find their happiness in the 45 m2 COSMOS house on the edge of the forest. You will enjoy the calm and greenery 14 km north/east of Toulouse. The village is conveniently located between Labège Innopole and Blagnac. Walk in the woods next door. For your cultural outings you are 20 minutes from the Cité de l'Espace and Aeroscopia. Albi is 40 minutes away (Unesco World Heritage Cathedral) 1 hour from the city of Carcassonne, Revel and its market and the St Férréol basin.

You will enjoy the calm, the countryside, while being less than 10 minutes from the city of Gaillac and shops. You are not opposite and have a separate entrance with a lockbox. The cottage is spacious, ideal for families. You are close to the Sivens Forest and the Bastides circuit (Castelnau de Montmiral, Puycelsi, Penne, Vaour, Cordes) and the Sivens Forest House (hiking, mountain biking) 25 minutes from Albi and its UNESCO-listed cathedral and 45 minutes from Toulouse.

Private room with full autonomy

The ROOM (without kitchen) is completely self-contained, private toilet and bathroom, access through a private entrance to the accommodation. It is located in a part of our house and can ideally accommodate 2 people (up to 3 if necessary, extra charge of €10/night). In the event that the 2nd bed (armchair convertible into single extra bed) is necessary, even for 2 guests, an additional €10 will be charged upon arrival. The room is to be left clean (or €10 cleaning fee)
