Very good transport connections. The A4 and A72 highways (Chemnitz junction) are 7 minutes away. 15 minutes to the main station by public transport. The apartment is comfortably equipped. Kitchen with dining table for 4 people. Covered BBQ area in the garden as well as fireplace. Free on-street parking.

This great apartment is located in Chemnitz Rabenstein in a two-family house on a large quiet property which is continuously beautified. The house has been completely renovated and is equivalent to a new building. Since we have 2 children ourselves and occupy the second residential unit, we make sure that your children are thought of and you feel comfortable. The residential unit has its own separate entrance by means of external stairs. Capacity : 4 adults plus 1 infant

Be my guest in my newly furnished 2-bedroom apartment in an apartment building near the popular and lively district of Kassberg, where small shops and pubs invite you to stroll and feast. A 140x200 large double bed, sofa bed and large dining table in the living room, Wi-Fi, a new, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, bathroom with tub offer a pleasant comfort. The entrance to the city park is 20 meters away. There is a beer garden with wonderful food in the middle of the park and a famous Michelin (1) restaurant very close by.

Vacation home in a nature reserve & close to the city

5 min to the highway, only 20 km to Chemnitz, 60 km to Leipzig, 90 km to Dresden and yet in the middle of an oasis of nature, streams and ponds, meadows and forests, tranquility and the relaxing sound of the water. The apartment looked according to the pictures,was clean and I felt right at home. In the kitchen there are all the necessary household appliances for everyday use. The airbnb is located in a side road of a well-traveled road, but you've heard little of the traffic. Communication with Ute was friendly and accommodating.
