Das große Einkaufszentrum Chemnitz Center ist nur 3 Minuten entfernt. Die Haltestelle der Buslinie 21 ist nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt, mit der Sie das Stadtzentrum und den Hauptbahnhof erreichen können.

Our beautiful apartment is located in the Chemnitz - Reichenhain district. It offers a modern fully equipped kitchen, living room and bedroom, a daylight bathroom with bathtub/shower. The living room is equipped with a cozy couch, TV chair, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi and stereo. The couch can be used as a full bed for 1-2 people. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box spring bed, a single bed and a large wardrobe.

Newly renovated and stylishly furnished 3-room apartment on the rear Kassberg in a quiet side street, not far from the city center and quickly accessible from the Rottluff highway exit. Free parking is available in the surrounding area. The cozy bedroom for 2 people is very comfortable, as is the fold-out sofa bed in the living room. In the next room there is a single bed for a fifth person next to a workplace.
