Welcome to Bryggerhuset at Kilentunet – a newly renovated, bright and functional guest house with an open-plan living room and kitchen, a dining table, a new bathroom and a small bedroom with three sleeping spaces. The sofa folds out to a double bed. Here you can enjoy the tranquility of the forest in a lush, blooming garden with a flowing pond outside the house. There are good hiking and swimming opportunities in the area. There is also a small sauna and a fitness room available here – as well as the option to rent a canoe and buy fresh eggs from the hens in the yard.

Swimming opportunities can be found at the common jetty, only about 350 meters from the cabin, and there is a short way to several beautiful beaches such as Storesand and Husebystranda, which you can easily reach via the coastal path (about 3 km) from the cabin. A convenience store is also within walking distance via the same path.

The guesthouse with sea views, consists of a room with seating area, desk and double bed, separate bathroom/WC with shower and a sauna. Water boiler, microwave and refrigerator are also available. There is access to the beach 150 meters to walk. Shop, restaurant and Støtvik hotel are about 3 km away. Parking option at the property. Charging electric car possible. You tilt payment. Plating with a seating area and barbecue is available. Two kayaks are borrowed for free. Inquire for vests if applicable. The coastal path goes by, here are trails in great nature.

We rent out a cabin and annex with a fantastic location in idyllic Larkollen about 1 hour drive from Oslo. Lake view and large garden with room for lots of play and fun. The cabin is located within a short walking distance from the convenience store Joker, Støtvig Hotel with diner, pool, spa and bowling alley and Losen as well as a few minutes walk to tennis courts, jetty and beach. Large lawn with football pitch, playground and barbecue area in the immediate vicinity. Evje golf park is located 8 min drive from the cabin.

Short distance to small towns with restaurants, shops, bakery and fish shop with fresh fish and seafood from local fishermen. Saltholmen with sandy beach, Svaberg, marina and coastal path is only 7 min by car. 5 min. to a great golf course. It is 15 min to Fredrikstad and the cozy old town, an experience in itself. The cabin is a perfect place for relaxation in the sun or by the lake.

There are new queen sized beds with new Scandinavian duvets and pillows, one in the main floor and one in the loft. Perfect for a couple or a family with two teenagers, children or young persons that can clime the stair to the loft. There is also a crib for small babies.

A small and charming house by the sea

Huset ligger 40 meter fra havet og har en fantastisk utsikt over til Vestfold. Her kan du nyte både spabad, grilling med gassgrill, overbygd sittegruppe og noen fantastiske solnedganger. Det er ca 2 min gange ned til stranden hvor du kan bade, stupe og hoppe fra brygge, eller kose deg på en lang og flott sandbank som ungene elsker. Inne er det meste av fasiliteter, og utsikten over fjorden er like god fra sofaen. Huset ligger nest nederst i en blindvei.

Avstand til de nærmeste byene, Moss, Fredrikstad, Sarpsborg og Halden er hhv. 24, 19, 17, 23 minutter med bil, og alle disse byene har sine severdigheter som kan interessere.
