Here is plenty of space for a family or adult group of friends who want to enjoy the weekend. The place is perfect for winter swimming with a subsequent sauna inside. Put on your bathrobe and go straight down to the dock. If someone wants to be here for a little longer, a wonderful quiet place to stay is a wonderful quiet place to stay. Enjoy the garden, orangery, playhouse and sandbox. Walk 80 meters down to the rocks and swimming area, walk 400 meters and you will find mini golf, beach, freesbegolf and sand volleyball court. We rent out cottage and annex with fantastic location in idyllic Larkollen about 1 hour drive from Oslo. Sea view and large garden with room for a lot of play and fun. The cabin is a short walking distance from convenience store Joker, Støtvig Hotel with diner, pool, spa and bowling alley and Losen as well as a few minutes walk to tennis courts, swimming jetty and beach. Large lawn with soccer kitchen, play and barbecue area in the immediate vicinity. Evje golf park is 8 mins. drive from the cabin.

Nyoppført hytte i 2020, med god standard. Hytta er vestvendt med platting så man kan nyte utsikten til sjøen både ute og inne. Skogen og stranda er bare minutter unna, så her kan man velge enten skogsturer eller fine turer ved kyststien, Det er også gode fiskemuligheter, både rett i nærheten eller ved å kjøre til Jeløya eller Larkollen. Sjøørreten biter godt her :) Hytta er godt utstyrt på kjøkkenet og i 2 etg (hemshøyde) er det en Tv med DVD spiller og AppleTv. Stor Trampoline. P-plass til 4

The coastal path goes right past, and there is a short distance to the forest and cultural landscape. The house was centrally located in Larkollen. Walking distance to Støtvig hotel, Cafe Losen and the convenience store. Less than 10 minute drive to Evje golf course.
