With direct views and proximity to a very child-friendly beach, convenience store available during the summer months and only 15 min. drive from shops and additional take away offerings at Halmstad, you have most things you need for relaxation. Good walking and running routes in the immediate vicinity, a short boat trip over to Engelsviken or Larkollen, among other things. Open for long-term rental + preferably repeat guests. Guests bring their own bed linen and are responsible for washing it.

Everything can be reached without a car: sandy beaches, bathing jetty and cows in summer, restaurant, convenience store, bird sanctuary, boating, surfing, peace, quiet and chirping of birds, lawn for play and fun, and forest hiking areas. By car, fishing shop, golf, open farm, northern Europe's best preserved fortress village can be reached. The cabin is child-friendly with parking on the plot. Sun all day. The coastal path goes outside the cabin. Only rental for consecutive 3 days. From 19.6-24.8 only continuous 6 nights.

Apt by Røds beach

Enjoy here by the beach in beautiful Larkollen. We have created a new apartment in our house, here in the nicest place we know, and we can't wait to share it with you. Here is plenty of space for a family or adult group of friends who want to enjoy the weekend. The place is perfect for winter swimming with a subsequent sauna inside. Put on your bathrobe and go straight down to the dock. If someone wants to be here for a little longer, a wonderful quiet place to stay is a wonderful quiet place to stay. With lovely nature just outside the door.

Cottage by the sea with great views

Unique location right by the sea with a short distance to the swimming area and jetty. Large cabin with large sunny porches around the entire cabin. Here you have the sun until it sets with amazing sunsets. Nice hiking opportunities and walking distance to cozy restaurant at Skjæløy slip. 1 hour drive to Oslo, and a short way to, among other things, the Old Town in Fredrikstad and Sweden. This is a paradise for those who love sea views, swimming, relaxing or activities in scenic surroundings. Must be experienced!

Cosy cottage with a central location in idyllic Larkollen. Short walking distance to several beaches, both with sand and with rocks. 6 beds in 3 double beds (150 cm wide). There is nice hiking terrain, 6 miles marked with a flower path/coastal path, and in the cabin there are 2 bikes at your disposal. 600 meters to Losen and to Støtvig Hotel with restaurant, swimming pool, spa and bowling. 8 min by car to Evje golf course. Here you can live in a cozy, brand new cabin with a large terrace and location close to the sea and many great swimming areas. Short distance to small towns with restaurants, shops, bakery and fish shop with fresh seafood from local fishermen. Saltholmen with sandy beach, rocks, marina and coastal trail is only 7 mins by car. 5 min. to great golf course. It is 15 minutes to Fredrikstad and cozy old town, an experience in itself. The cabin is a perfect place for relaxing in the sun wall or by the Sea.

We rent out cottage and annex with fantastic location in idyllic Larkollen about 1 hour drive from Oslo. Sea view and large garden with room for a lot of play and fun. The cabin is a short walking distance from convenience store Joker, Støtvig Hotel with diner, pool, spa and bowling alley and Losen as well as a few minutes walk to tennis courts, swimming jetty and beach. Large lawn with soccer kitchen, play and barbecue area in the immediate vicinity. Evje golf park is 8 mins. drive from the cabin.

Two living rooms with two fireplaces, TV w/Netflix and broadband. Short distance to grocery store, playground, football field, marina, campsite and several beaches.

A small and charming house by the sea

A quiet and calm option where you are almost at the bottom of a cul-de-sac. 40 meters from the sea, overlooking all the way to Vestfold. Covered terrace with heating lamp, gas grill and not least a hot tub. Saltnes is known for its amazing sunsets, and here you get the stand space to enjoy both from the hot tub, under a roof on the terrace or from the sofa well buzzed into a blanket. We also have the coastal path not far away, which gives the opportunity for great trips in our nice village.
