Located in the heart of the New River Valley and right next to Radford University's campus. You will be a short walk to everything RU has to offer, as well as shops, bars, restaurants and the local theater. You will also be a short drive from Radford's parks and trails, local wineries and breweries, tubing and golf, and only 20 minutes to Virginia Tech.

Laurel Branch Cottagm

The Laurel Branch Cottage is charming and ideally located near the Town of Floyd and the Blue Ridge Parkway. The cottage is surrounded by scenic family farms and near the West Fork of the Little River. Also, we are approximately 35 miles (45 min.) from Virginia Tech. The cottage includes a kitchen, bathroom, a living room with a pull-out sofa bed, bedroom with spacious closet and queen bed, and an upstairs bedroom (outside stair access only) with another full bed.

Cabin on the Creek

This 1 room cabin with kitchenette (2 top burner, small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker) with full bath is set on Toms Creek, fifteen minutes drive from Virginia Tech and the town of Blacksburg. The space itself is private, rustic and charming even though we live just next door. We thank you for no pets, vaping or smoking inside the cabin and we are happy to share that our onsite managers, Ray and Mara, will be handling all inquiries on our behalf.

Hydrangea Hideaway Studio Oasis *no cleaning fee

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Only a few minutes off I-81, 10 minutes to Radford University and 20 minutes to Virginia Tech. A King bed to take all your worries away with a sofa sleeper for a little extra room. There will be cold beverages in the fridge for you if you would like. **This is for a 1 bedroom basement studio with private entrance, 1st floor is occupied by the host or tenant.

15 minutes to VT, easy access to 460 By-Pass and I-81. Private entrance with keyless entry for self check-in. Studio has lots of natural light, all new appliances, flooring and furniture. Drive a scenic, country dirt road to the end of state maintenance to unwind at this tranquil farm! Whether you are passing through the area or desire a longer stay, this is the perfect place to kick back and unplug. Your stay will be in the cozy guest suite of an over century old farmhouse. Enter by either of two private entrances and enjoy a ready to cook in kitchen and living room, complete with a smart TV and fast WiFi.
