Located on the southern slope, in the middle of a private forest with an amazing view and away from other buildings, it gives you the opportunity to relax and get away from everyday life. A two-level terrace with a fireplace and Jacuzzi, a spacious living room, a dining room and a large garden and forest behind the house allow you to fully relax even with a larger group of people. Spacious parking for 8 cars gives you the freedom of individual access for each of the participants. Local restaurants have a wide selection of dishes with home delivery.

We have a new independent apartment located at Vineyard Dąbrówka. It was created to give a moment of respite, sit quietly, stop rushing, and rest. At the bottom of the living room - a seating area with a comfortable sleeping couch, a TV, and a large glass window, a balcony overlooking the vineyards, the Dunajec Valley, and the mountains. A living room with a fully equipped kitchenette. Two bedrooms upstairs. There is also an area of 5 hectares of fenced in vineyard with a pond and a large barbecue gazebo.

The cottage is located in a picturesque area, surrounded by greenery and fresh air – perfect for couples, families or a group of friends. The interior is decorated in a cozy, natural style with a wooden finish that creates a warm and homely atmosphere. We offer a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, spacious living room, and comfortable sleeping areas.

Wanderer's House under Lipa

The Wanderer's House under the Linden Tree is one of the first brick houses in Lipnica. Bright, spacious and cozy – with large bedrooms, kitchen, dining room and tiled stove. The windows offer a view of meadows and hills. Thanks to fast Wi-Fi, it is an ideal place for remote work. The house is located in the Island Beskids – an excellent region for hiking and cycling. In summer, it is worth visiting Lake Rożnow, and in winter, take advantage of the ski slope in Laskowa.

Chata "Dominikówka"

If you live in the city and want to relax in a quiet, peaceful, picturesque place in the atmosphere of a blissful, rural idyll, the cottage "Dominikówka" is the perfect place for you. Every person living in the countryside and dreaming of a moment of rest will also find their corner here. Outside, you can barbecue, have a bonfire, relax on the spacious terrace and veranda. There is a sauna (PLN 30 per use) and a hot tub (PLN 300 per weekend, Mon-Thu PLN 100 per day).

Cabin by the pond

We warmly invite guests who value peace and contact with nature to a cabin built in 2024 in charming Radłów. The cabin is located at the back of the garden, away from the road and adjacent to the pond and animals (chickens and ducks). Guests can also use a terrace for relaxation, a place to light a fire and bicycles (the cottage is less than a kilometer to the Radłów Riviera and 3 kilometers to Velo Dunajec). We also speak English/German/Russian.

The Velo apartment / house is a detached, year-round building with parking and its own garden. It is located on the west side of the city, right at the exit of the A4 motorway and 200 m from the bike route Velo Dunajec. Apartment Velo is a comfortable place that can host 5 people. The center of beautiful Tarnów is just 5 km away. Apartament Velo is a quiet place, also great for remote work - wifi is connected to fibre optic.
