Apartment in an old school

Apartment at the sheltered end of the former village school. The apartment has a kitchen-living room, an open bedroom, and a bathroom. Bed for four. Double bed in the bedroom and extendable couch in the living room. The apartment has a teacher's podium and exterior stairs, so it's not accessible. The outdoor sauna heats up for an additional fee. The apartment is located in a quiet area, 8km from the center. The rest of the building is for the host's own use. There's room in the yard to hang out and grill, for example. Also great for families with children.

Villa by the pond

Fall in love with the stunning landscape that surrounds this place to stay. The villa is located on the shore of the Sirkkalampi by the beautiful clear water. It's about 17km from downtown. The cottage has running cold and hot water. The water is drinkable. Also an indoor toilet and shower. Wood sauna with a beautiful view of the pond. There are kitchen furnishings like a refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, water, and coffee maker. There's also a washer. Sunlight comes to the cabin throughout the day.

Alueella hoidettu laaja latuverkosto samoin retkiluistelureitit. Punkaharjun keskustassa ovat ruokakaupat, apteekki ja huoltoasema, matkaa 8km. Savonlinnaan 30 km, lähin rautatieasema Lusto 6 km. Spend your vacation with friends and family, or a romantic weekend with your loved one by the fireplace, surrounded by beautiful wildlife. A small and cozy house in the forest is waiting for you. There is a sauna, a wood-burning fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, a sofa on the ground floor (accomodates 2 people ), a double bed and a single bed on the first floor, linen is available, wi-fi. The nearest lake is a 13-minute walk through the forest along a beautiful path.

Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

Romantic shelter with a great view

A cozy cottage between pines and the lake just in 2 steps from Saimaa. It is quite small inside (30 square meters) with a big open terrace and a green lawn in front of it. There are a Loft bed for 2 people with a view, a small kitchen, fireplace, sauna on woods inside the cabin. It is great to start your day from early swimming and yoga/breakfast at the terrace listening to birds songs and finish your day with a glass of wine taking pictures of a stunning sunset.

Detached house on the shore of Lake Saimaa

You will always remember the rugged landscape of this destination. The property is located near Kolovesi National Park on the shore of Lake Järvesi, Lake Saimaa. The property has stunning views, but it is only about 300 meters from the paved road. The property has neighbors. The tiny house was completed in 2025 and the sauna in the adjacent building is from 2024. The accommodation is perfect for people interested in hiking, biking, fishing, and kayaking.

Modern sauna room by the lake

Welcome to relax in the sauna room in our yard, by the lake! Although a small, stylish sauna is part of our inhabited courtyard, you will find peace, nature, privacy and wonderful scenery here. The place is also great for working remotely! Lahti beach is shallow and great for children. Rowing boat and SUP board available. Bring your own linens and towels. However, if needed, linens will be arranged from the home you stay in.

Enjoy the cottage atmosphere in a modern apartment building - the lake is so close that the balcony has the sound of waves. The renovated and bright home is located on the shores of the clear-watered Lake Saimaa, about 2 km from the center. It is easy to get here by car, bus or on foot. The balcony shines in the evening sun, so the temperature in the apartment is pleasant even in the heat.

A small summer cottage on its own beach

Traditional little Finnish summer cottage. Own south beach with rowing boat. The cottage has electricity, but the water (cold) only comes from the sauna pump or well. Outdoor half-bath. In addition to two beds, the cottage has a sofa bed. The cottage must be cleaned on your own or purchase a final cleaning (€60) in advance from the host. Bring your own sheets and towels.
