Monthly Rentals in Railroad Park Foundation

Jen and Marianne were awesome! During our stay, the gate to the parking lot was under maintenance so we had to text them when we needed to leave or get inside the gate and they were both so quick with letting us in and out with no trouble! The lock boxes to retrieve the key fob to get inside the building was easy to find once given instructions as well as getting into the building. I am from Birmingham and never stayed downtown but this building was so beautiful and charming! We had such a pleasant stay, thank you Jen and Marianne!

This is a great place central to downtown Birmingham. Right above an awesome pizza restaurant and gelato shop. Place is exactly as pictured. The windows are beautiful. We stayed for a month and followed his helpful directions on getting a monthly parking pass for the lot right across the street and it worked out great! Would definitely stay here again.

A hidden gem in the desirable Highlands Park area! Walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops and parks. Quiet and friendly community. I’ll be staying here again.
