A "Peace" of Eden -- Private suite in country home

Quiet country setting surrounded by forest and farmland, bordering on the Altberg Wildlife Sanctuary Nature Reserve. Lower level suite with private entrance includes one separate bedroom, one bed with room divider in the common space, plus a full bath, kitchen facilities, and living area. Once called the "United Nations of birds", we are just a short drive from public beaches, lakes, the Victoria Rail Trail, and Monck's Landing Golf Course (stay and play package available). Fabulous star-gazing!

Cozy cottage with gorgeous views right on the lake. Perfect lake for water play, great fishing right off the dock, plenty of nature trails and boat launch nearby. Enjoy your evenings as you take in the sunset around 1 of 2 firepits, whether you choose to have a fire right at the water's edge or up top. There is also a boathouse you can relax on top of under the shade of the trees. Enjoy eating outside on the oversized deck as you take in the views of the lake. Lots of outdoor space to play.

Enjoy the perfect vacation with the most spectacular sunsets viewable from the living room/kitchen, large upper deck, lower patio or right down at the waters edge. The fishing is great you can even catch fish off the dock. Swimming is great especially for young children cause the water is shallow off the dock. Explore the lake with the use of canoes, kayaks and paddle boat. Enjoy ice fishing, snowmobiling or a winter retreat.

Very spacious apartment (approximately 1600 sq. ft.) with private entrance. Located in Severn Bridge close to Hwy 11 at the Trent Severn waterway only 10 mins south of Gravenhurst. There are approximately 20 lakes and rivers within 30 minutes of the house with the closest one being only 5 minutes away. A guide book is offered in the suite that is full of recommendations for fun! Between Gravenhurst, Orillia, Bracebridge and Bala, there is always something exciting going on!
