The property is located on top of a very panoramic hill, near the medieval village of Sillico where is located also a very good restaurant. Perfect accommodation for romantic couples, families with children with their dogs. Perfect place to relax but also suitable for guests who like active holiday with many exiting trekking, canyoning, mtb and horse riding excursions. Nice panoramic pool and view on the entire valley. A 3 minuti di macchina dal paese (Langhirano) dotato di tutti i servizi (bar, ristoranti, supermercati ect..). Silenziosa ed immersa nel verde. 20 km da Parma. Parcheggio gratuito in loco. Il vostro alloggio si trova nella stessa struttura della casa principale, ma è completamente autonomo. Il parcheggio e il giardino sono invece condivisi ;)

Charming rustic located on top of a private hill, complete remodeled in 2023 with private infinity pool surrounded by nature. The farmhouse has comfortable outdoor spaces where you can eat and relax in front of a breathtaking view. The whole house is equipped with air conditioning and each bedroom has a private bathroom. We charge an additional cost of 30€ per day for utilities to be paid at check in.

The apartment is located on the second floor of a green building house, built with natural materials (wood, straw and earth). Guests will have at their disposal an entire apartment with private bathroom, kitchen, large living area. The place is suitable for couples or small families looking for peace; highlighting the peculiarities of the Canosso area, with many castles and naturalistic areas to see.

There is a place a few steps away from the famous VERSILIA (Tuscany) called BORGOMETATO. Here various structures have been designed by the Architect Stefano Viviani, who has realized In each of them, a very refined style respectful to the place. Il Borgo di Metato is surrounded by olive trees, lots of green spaces and there are some donkeys for the joy of children. Il FICO is part of this place.
