The Photographer’s House

My house is a old small two level house with traditional Cycladic architecture renovated during 2019, wedged in the alleys of the old and well preserved capital of Serifos island, named Chora. Due to its topography and the complex network of narrow alleys, there are no vehicles allowed only mules. This makes it an ideal location for guests who appreciate simplicity and authenticity, combined with quietness and a splendid panoramic view to the Aegean sea, away from the noisy port of Livadi.

A traditional renovated luxurious apartment right on the sea wave... Grandpa's old workshop is ready to host anyone who wants to enjoy their privacy and relaxation on the almost private beach offered by the accommodation. A luxurious accommodation of 35-40 sqm (approximately 377-430 sq ft) with all modern amenities. It consists of 1 kitchen, 1 room with a double bed, two single beds in the living room and a WC. It is fully equipped with all comforts in a retro-vintage style.

Traditional island house on the beach. Located in a complex, on the quiet beach "Karavi", a short distance from the port (13 ' on foot). The house is 90 sq. m. fully equipped and is divided into two levels. On the lower level are the two bedrooms, the living room and the two bathrooms. On the upper level is the kitchen and living room in an open space. The outdoor area consists of two terraces. There is private parking next to the house only for the residents of the complex

The house is renovated since January 2022 and is fully equipped for a very comfortable stay .A balcony with amazing sea view and a yard with private access to the sea !. The beach of Kamares is about 130 meters and the distance from the center of the village is about 250 meters .
