Adoramos a acomodação, organizada, muito bem localizada, ao lado do metro de Buenos Aires, mercados, restaurantes e pontos turísticos próximos. O espaço é muito agradável e o Anfitrião muito atencioso. Super recomendável!

Tive uma experiência extremamente satisfatória durante minha estadia neste apartamento. A localização é privilegiada, situado ao lado do metrô, o que facilita imensamente o deslocamento pela cidade. O imóvel é impecável: bonito, muito bem decorado, limpo e totalmente equipado, oferecendo todo o conforto necessário para uma estadia agradável. O anfitrião demonstrou-se excepcionalmente atencioso, sempre disponível e disposto a auxiliar no que fosse preciso, o que contribuiu significativamente para a sensação de acolhimento e bem-estar. Em suma, minha experiência foi excelente sob todos os aspectos. Não há absolutamente nada a criticar — apenas elogios a fazer. Recomendo fortemente a todos que buscam qualidade, praticidade e um atendimento de alto nível.

Our recent stay at this elegant apartment in Buenos Aires was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the apartment's charm and its truly wonderful location, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The host was exceptionally attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed and responding promptly to any questions. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, providing a much-needed restful night's sleep after our days of sightseeing. We did encounter some minor issues with the apartment's temperature during our stay, but we were very pleased with how efficiently this was managed by the host. Their quick response and effective resolution ensured our comfort was restored without delay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would not hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Buenos Aires. Highly recommended!

The apartment is very well equipped and is very suitable for a long-term stay. It was clean and felt cosy. I would definitely stay there again. The gym had the equipment exactly as shown in the pictures. They close some time in the evening for the night (22 or 23), so just make sure to double check this from reception before, if needed. The laundry room is open 24h and is well equipped. You either need Argentina phone number for the mobile app or tokens. I used SMS Virtual app to fake the phone number. The host was very responsive and answered quickly, even though he was not in the country and couldn't assist directly. The area is well guarded and secure. I recommend.

Rubén fue muy acogedor y servicial durante nuestras dos estancias en su casa en avril y mayo. Es muy atento, muy amable y preocupado por nuestra comodidad. Nos sentimos como en casa. This spacious home had everything we needed as a family of three. We were also able to use the private parking, even though we have a larger vehicle. Laura and her husband were very helpful and responsive with everything we needed. It was a quiet and secure place to rest.

We were in Buenos Aires for our son’s wedding and had another son and his wife staying with us. The apartment is the second floor of a grand old house in Belgrano, a beautiful, safe neighborhood. There were places for good breakfast and lunch nearby. We enjoyed the large spotless kitchen and the comfortable tv room. The bed’s are enormous and quite comfortable. Our friends who are from Buenos AIres saw it and asked for the contact information. We highly recommend this apartment, but we are used to city sounds of buses and traffic.

Very cosy and comfortable home. The neighbourhood is lovely, quiet and safe. There are cute cafes and restaurants close by, and lots of nice parks. Everything was as described. The house was well equipped and internet was good. It was very hot when we stayed but the main bedroom has aircon and we used a fan in the second bedroom, as well as closing off the area of the two bedrooms and spreading the aircon through that area. The patio is just lovely and the parilla got good use! Good and easy communication with Claudia.

El dpto está muy bien, y el checkin automático es muy conveniente. Hay algunas detalles que se podrian mejorar. En balance diría que la relacion precio calidad es muy buena.

Hermoso departamento en un edificio único en el barrio Colegiales! Todo muy limpio y bien decorado!

Estadia impecável, apartamento muito limpo, arejado, amplo e climatizado. Destaque especial aos quartos, com uma bela cama e roupas de camas de otima qualidade além de cortinas blackout, dificil de encontrar em BA, juntos ao silêncio extremo do local, favorece noites de sono perfeitas. Banheiro tb merece atenção positiva, amplo, limpo e bonito, sem aquelas banheiras antigas e cortinas de plástico. Enfim, ótima localização, próximo a vários restaurantes, confeitarias e comercios de palermo, pra quem gosta de caminhar, vale a caminhada pelo bairro até chegar no parque de palermo. Luisa foi muito gentil e prestativa. Tudo nota 10.

Muy buen hospedaje, estaba limpio y era hermoso. La anfitriona fue muy amable y nos resolvió todas las dudas al instante. Es un barrio tranquilo y a la vez cercano a varios puntos interesantes de la ciudad. Considerar que son 4 pisos sin ascensor por lo que dificulta el movimiento de maletas. Recomiendo comprar papel higiénico ya que no era de buena calidad el que se ofrecía. Si tenía todos los demás implementos para una estadía perfecta.

This place was such a cozy and pleasant one! It is very clean, well equipped and has everything you can need. Host was always open to help and support. Neighbourhood is nice and beautiful with small stores nearby.
