Alvaret is available in ten minutes walk where Slottsruinen and Solliden are located. It is about 3 km to Borgholm's bustling folk life. Bicycles are available to borrow. There's a bike path to town. The cottage is 16 m2 and the terrace 8 m2. The cottage has a fridge, microwave and kettle. Bathroom (toilet and bathtub) and access to water are available in the host's home with a separate entrance.

The cottage dates back to the early 1900s and is located on the plot of a larger dwelling house that will also be rented out for periods. Köpingsvik beach, one of Öland's finest sandy beaches, is 250 meters away . Around the corner are restaurants, food store, a bakery, and a bus stop. Sheets, towels and some other good things to have are included in the price.

We have one accommodation with two bedrooms and toilet in one room with its own kitchen on our upper floor,shower is available in connecting house as well as private entrance. One also has access to our lovely roof terrace which is only available to our guests. There is also a barbecue in the garden that you can use after the cafe closed in 1800
