Sunnanäng Hilltop - cozy with amazing views

It's easy to feel comfortable here! The bed is freshly made with sheets when you arrive, and clean towels are provided. This is a really cozy 27 sqm cottage with a newly renovated bathroom and kitchen, as well as a 29 sqm veranda with a magnificent view of Lake Siljan. The cottage is located on a private plot (5,000 sqm) in the beautiful village of Sunnanäng, Leksand. The village is located along Lake Siljan, 10 minutes to central Leksand and just as close to Tällberg. There are nice walking paths along Lake Siljan nearby, both in summer and winter.

Here you live between Borlänge and Ludvika in a peaceful area with swimming areas within 100 meters, child-friendly beaches and really good fishing. The forest starts right next to the cottage and Gylleberget's nice cross-country ski track is close by. Romme Alpin and Borlänge can be reached in about 20–25 minutes and several popular excursion destinations, such as the Adventure Mine, are nearby. Perfect for tranquility, nature and cottage coziness all year round.

Welcome to our guest house in the heart of a living Dala idyll! Here you live quietly and peacefully in the countryside with the forest around the corner and proximity to lakes and winter activities such as Romme and Säfsen. The guest house is nestled in our garden – a perfect place to unwind and enjoy. The accommodation has a bedroom with a double bed (180 cm), a living room with a sofa bed, as well as a fully-equipped kitchen. Bed linens and towels are included. Electric car charging is available. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay next to Lake Rämen. Close to Gyllbergen nature reserve with hiking trails and a convenient distance to Romme Alpin. In the area, there are nice nature trails and a swimming area. The cottage has access to its own rowing boat and sauna. Two bedrooms, one has a 180 cm wide double bed (2 x 90) with full bed mattress and the other has a bunk bed where the upper bed is 80 cm wide and the lower bed is 120 cm wide, which makes it possible for two people to sleep there.

Falun ligger 5 mil bort, Borlänge och Ludvika c:a 3 mil Då är du på rätt plats vid sjön Rämen, skön avkoppling när du kommer hem för dagen. Vandra på stigar eller i skogen nära huset. Kom hem till kvällssolen på altan, utsikt över sjön, ev. ett kvällsdopp. Passar såväl barn som vuxna!

Torp in Spannbyn

You like to glance out of the window, over a wild meadow leading to a lake? While having some buttered toast and your freshly brewed first coffee of the day? I guess you'll like it here. The little red house is about 90m away from of the Spannsjö, on which's shores my farm is the only real estate.Your little red house has everything you need, no matter the season: sleeping room with 4beds, living room, bathroom, fully functional kitchen and your own washing machine.Wifi is in the house.

Here you live in a cozy timber house from 1909 with modern amenities. Walking distance to Ludvika's range of shops and restaurants. In winter, there are good opportunities for skiing, both in tracks and downhill. Romme alpine is 30 minutes away. Summer time there is possibility for fishing in Övre Hillen. Fish from the jetty or rent our plastic boat with electric motor (SEK 150/half-day 8-12, 12-16). Fishing license SEK 50/day.

A typical charming Swedish red cottage in lovely surroundings next to a lake (2 min walk) with your own bathing place with platform, access to boat and one canoe for up to 3/4 persons and free fishing (You can borrow simpel fishing equipment). Fully equipped main house with 3 bedrooms. Additionally 1 small house available with 4 beds. It is very quiet and peaceful here and you will see the sheep and horses graze near the house.
