Welcome to live next door to moose and deer. In this little cozy house, you live on your own plot at the top of Frejs Backe. The plot has a large balcony around three sides of the house, with sun for breakfast, lunch and dinner. At the house there is a large lawn suitable for play and games. The surroundings consist of meadows and beautiful forest. 200 meters to the swimming jetty and 800 meters to the cliffs and beach in the evening sun. The kitchen has a stove, oven, fridge & freezer and microwave. One bedroom has a bunk bed and in the living room there is a wood-burning stove.

"Standards corner" - magical tiny home by the water

Are you an author and want to lock yourself in an archipelago bubble? Now you've finished looking. This magical mini cottage fulfills the dream of living in the middle of the archipelago, and literally a stone's throw from the water. In the approximately 12 sqm, there is a fully equipped kitchenette with sink, refrigerator, hot water and dining area for two. In the bedroom, there is a single bed that can be pulled out to 160 cm. A modern shower room is in the barn and is shared with the other guest house. Each guest house has its own dry toilet.

Cabin on Södermöja

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. The cottage is a 5-minute walk from the beach and jetty, or 15 minutes from the Vaxholm boat. There is access to a berth if you come with your own boat. You have the option of booking a shared sauna down by the beach. The cottage is equipped with a kitchen, shower, washing machine. Everything works and it's old standard. A combustion toilet is accessed from the outside and it is shared with the cottage next door. We are happy to help with what can be done on the island.

Cozy little house, lake view and forest plot, Värmdö

A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, lake views from both windows and terrace. Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to town in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is 10 minutes away by car/bus. Bicycles can be borrowed to pedal up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.

Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

Cottage w jetty Sto archipelago - motorboat option

A truly wonderful, relaxing, mindful place in the center of the Stockholm archipelago. We are close to the island Möja with all its facilities. A small rowing boat is always included. In addition, two "add-on" packages are offered separately; (1) a ”boat-package” including an engine for the boat and three kayaks (2 single, one twin kayak), and (2) a "Sauna package" including a fabulous outdoor warmwater shower with a fabulous view . Small waterfront cottage

A small cottage with one bedroom, small kitchen, separate toilet (combustion toilet) and outdoor shower with hot water. The house is located on Hemholmen by the water. Small rowing boat with 10 hp motor can be rented for SEK 400/day, SEK 1500/week. Travel to Hemholmen (Lagunen) by taxi boat from Sollenkroka. Space must be pre-booked well in advance. Dunderfriggan on Möja

I vår stuga som kallas "Dunderfriggan" så bor du vid en större öppen och vildvuxen äng i direkt anslutning till naturreservatet på Möja. Stugan ligger längs öns enda väg så det är lätt att ta sig både till Bergs by, där affären och flera restauranter ligger, till Långvik där Jeppes gästgiveri ligger liksom till flera av badplatserna på ön. Stugan är uppförd 2023 med bekväma sängar, bra WiFi, utedusch med varmvatten, modernt torrdass, dricksvattenkran ute samt el.
