The location is optimal for those who seek variety and want to go to different places during their stay as it is about 20 minutes to both Bruksvallarna and Fjällnäs. There are mountain biking trails below the area towards Funäsdalen/Bruksvallarna. It is about 30 minutes (2.5 km) to walk to Funäsdalens Centrum. Charge the electric car by the house, cook in the new kitchen and enjoy with a view of the mountains.

In summer you have Ljusnan and several walking and biking trails below the house. The summer lift that lets you whiz downhill by mountain bike and the beautiful 9-hole golf course along Ljusnan is just as close. Own parking with engine heater.

The property has three buildings – a large house, a Lillhus as well as a detached, hearty, wood-fired sauna (wood included). All newly built in 2022. This listing refers to the Storhuset, with access to the wood-fired sauna. Rented out full weeks Saturday-Saturday normally, but can be rented for shorter periods during the off-season.
