This house is a good starting point for many different activities in the Stavanger area. The house is located in a family-friendly area in a cul-de-sac with many playgrounds, forest and hiking trails, walking distance both to the sea and Store Stokkavann, large sports area with both skate park, football fields ++. At the same time, it is only a small drive/bus ride away from Stavanger city center, where there are mostly buses every ten minutes. The house has a cozy, small garden, with garden room and outdoor kitchen. Here you can grill and enjoy.

Apartment for rent in a house that was new in 2014. Lovely surroundings, close to the sea. 750 meters to bus stop (just outside during daytime), 550 meters to Sokn camping with kiosk and restaurant Thursday - Sunday. 1.6 km to grocery store, pizza sale, ice kiosk and thai-takeaway. Playground in the neighborhood and trampoline in the garden. Two bedrooms - one with double bed and one with 1.20 bed. Sokn is an island connected to the mainland with an underwater tunnel. About 20 minutes drive to Stavanger city center.

Lovely cabin at the sea at Sokn,Stavanger

Great little summer cottage with enclosed conservatory, closest to the edge of the sea at Sokn Camping. Lovely view of the fjord, 180 degrees. The cabin was finished building in 2022. There is a large jumping pillow,soccer field,volleyball court,playground,kiosk and restaurant with all rights. Only a short drive of 15 -20 min into stavanger and 50 min to Kongeparken. 55 minutes to Pulpit Rock parking. Guests can rent a canoe and kayak at the campsite. The campsite's quiet time:23-07

Nice, quiet, central and fun

Randaberg is the smallest mainland village in Norway with beautiful beaches just a 10 minutes walk away. The apartment is located in the center of the village with a nice coffeeshop and bakery just around the corner. The golf course is next to Tungenes Lighthouse. Stavanger is only 10 minutes away. Close to Utstein Kloster, The Pulpit Rock, Kjerag, Lysefjorden. All our quests are provided with a free coffee from the coffeeshop små øyeblikk which we own. Free parking.

Quiet, sea, swimming and fishing

Rich basement apartment in idyllic area by the sea. Here there is both a sandy beach and a jetty just outside the door. The area is south facing with sun from morning to evening. Private parking with charging possibility. 400 meters to great restaurant with all rights. Possibility to rent a boat with a motor for fishing and other activity. Life jackets are available. Charter trips with 44 foot yacht to, for example, Lysefjorden with Pulpit Rock can be arranged.

Seaside boathouse at Sokn, Stavanger

Naustet is brand new and part of the sea house environment towards Soknasundet. There is a jetty with fishing opportunity. Building and furniture created by renowned architect Espen Surnevik. If you come by boat there is plenty of room for the boat at the dock. Naustet is part of Sokn Gard (see fb) which has many animals you can visit, and the garden has 5 km of hiking trail.

Large and rich cottage by the sea, Sokn.

Nice cottage with its own dock and large terrace facing both south and west, only 20 min from Stavanger city center. Sokn Camping, with activities for children, restaurant, outdoor dining and beach is a 1.5 km walk away. Parking on the lot, right next to the cabin. Bed linen, towel and kitchen towel must be brought.

I loved living a month in this apartment, very cozy, the hosts are such nice people, and I felt very safe there. The appartment has everything you need, and there is nothing to complain about, the only thing is that I wished it had a microwave ☺️ and if that is the only downside, that says it all. Everything was clean, bright and kept up to high standard. Highly recommend!

Line has a beautiful and large apartment. It is nicely decorated and has everything you need. The area is nice and quiet but you are in the city in no time. Definitely recommended!

Comfortable 3 bedroom 2 bath home.

We had a fantastic stay at Anne's Airbnb! She was incredibly attentive and friendly throughout our visit. The house was clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. Highly recommended!! :))

Large and nice holiday home w/lake view

The house is really great. It's exactly as shown in the description. Of course, the best view from the living room or from the sunny terrace is of course. Here you can look directly at the sea and admire large ships that drive into Stavanger. The residential area is also quiet and well maintained, a supermarket and a nice walking jogging path on the water is in the immediate vicinity. All activities (e.g. Stavanger's city center, Preikestolen) are easily accessible. As a family of four, we felt very comfortable. The landlady Henriette was very reliable, always available and responded quickly to questions. If you want to experience not only Stavanger and surroundings, but also enjoy a particularly beautiful accommodation, this is the place to be.
