Newly renovated Lake & Mountain panorama condo

You forget your worries in this spacious and serene space and at the same time do any sport or activity you can imagine in pure mountain alpine air. You will enjoy 4 bedrooms, with 4 private bathrooms near a golf course. A separate toilet has a Japanese type toilet and laundry. Three private outdoor spaces (75sqm) two facing the Northwest lake view and one facing the southeast Mountain View. Free private parking, 1km from the lake, free summer shuttles. Walking distance to village shops.

Large chalet spectacular views ideal summer/winter

Large chalet with spectacular alpine views, perfect for both winter and summer holidays. Ideal for extended families and friends, with lots of space and the feeling of being together but away from it all. Amazing walking and cycling (road and VTT) from the front door, with many serviced fresh water lakes for swimming. There are 20+ different ski resorts all within 45 minutes drive and the ski touring is exceptional. Please ask for more information on any subject, we are happy to help.

Set back in a quiet location, you'll enjoy a magnificent view of the mountains. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac with three houses, including our own, Dream Catcher is designed for 2 people ( not suitable for children and babies ) Access is easy in summer - in winter the path is cleared of snow by us (snow equipment obligatory). Arrival from 2pm - departure 11am maximum -Independent accommodation in a quiet, secluded location. -Parking

Chalet Le Jalabre 3*

Located at an altitude of 1000 m in a quiet and peaceful mountain village, at the beginning of the Maurienne Valley. Chalet with stunning views of the Maurienne Valley. You can either simply get away from it all by enjoying the outdoors of the accommodation, or go for a hike to the Grand Arc, or in Lauzière. In winter, you can start skiing or snowshoeing. Optional cleaning for 80 euros, to be requested upon confirmation of your booking.

"CHEZ COMBET" GITE Old renovated house, family and authentic, located at 700 m altitude, in the Belledonne range, in the municipality of Montgilbert. House for nature lovers where you will find peace and quiet during your stay. Nearby activities: cycling, hiking, swimming, fishing, museums, climbing, etc... Option to take a discovery tour aboard an authentic Willys Jeep. Extra charge for sheets €8/pair, bath towels €8.

"Le Petit Arc" Chalet

Chalet of 20 m2, quiet, with a kitchen area, a bathroom, a living room equipped with a sofa bed, a TV and a mezzanine where there is a double bed. Terrace with outdoor furniture (table + chair + hanging chair) ➡️ Private Nordic bath available at extra cost The chalet is next to our main residence, so we are available to advise you during your stay while leaving you your privacy. 😊 Sheets and towels are provided.
