Family-friendly 80s detached house in good condition centrally located in Vennesla. There is a short distance to playground, shops, train station and bus. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood, half an hour from Sørlandsparken and Kristiansand Zoo by car. Bus to Kristiansand leaves from Vennesla station (about 5 min walking distance) 2 times an hour during the day and takes about 20 minutes. It is 10 minutes by car to Setesdalsbanen and great hiking opportunities in the surrounding area. Walking distance to the salmon-bearing part of the river Otra.

The cabin is very centrally located in Skudeviga near Tømmerstø in Kristiansand: 14 km to the Zoo, 12 km to Kristiansand, Randesund golf course is 4.3 km away. In addition, a shop and restaurant with all amenities can be visited at the newly renovated Tømmerstø Brygge. Sunny and large patio with garden furniture and barbecue. A stone's throw from the cabin you can use the volleyball court, football pitch and small sandy beach. At the beach there is also a bathing jetty. Note: Bed linen and towels must be brought.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful residence. It includes a lovely garden and a patio where you can enjoy the sun from 10 am to 10:30 pm throughout the summer. There is space for two cars on the property. You have 3 bedrooms, two of them with a double bed. It takes 17 minutes to drive to the Zoo, 5 minutes to the city center. We are so fortunate to have great hiking trails and nice swimming areas in the immediate vicinity. The house is cozy, according to people who have visited. You are welcome to book.
