Cozy and newly renovated southern house in central and peaceful area, 5 minutes walk to Kristiansand's main street. Large terrace, 2 gardens, barbecue and dining place. Living room with pine floor, heating cables, wood stove, lots of plants, sofa nook, dining table , large double bed and sofa bed. TV and music system associated with wifi and chromecast. The kitchen has all facilities. New toilet with heating cables, massage shower and washing machine. 150 meters to grocery store. The cats Nani and Pele are brothers and fond of cuddles.

Great base for those who want to vacation in Kristiansand. The accommodation is located just north of Kristiansand City Center. Very child friendly and calm area. Parking 50 meters from the entrance. Large couch with 75 inch TV. Dining table with room for 8 and well equipped kitchen. The balcony has seating for 6 and I also have a Weber Summit S-670 gas grill that can be freely used. Possibility of charging in the basement, but this must be agreed upon and I have to open the gate from the phone. I charge NOK 150 per charge.

About 5 minutes drive to both Dyreparken, Hamresanden and Sørlandssenteret. Kjevik airport and Kristiansand city center (10 min by car). The area is child-friendly and has two outdoor areas, with outdoor furniture and barbecue. Beach is close by (5 min walk). 2 parking spaces are attached to the property. New barned log house with an amazing view over the entire boat rental from Homborøya in the east to Justøya to the west. Large and spacious house with great ceiling height in living room/kitchen. It's sunny from morning to evening, and plenty of opportunities to sit outside, or in the good chairs in front of the big windows. Here you can enjoy the stillness and tranquility and the wonderful views. There are no neighbors. It is a 500m walk to the sea. Possibilities for renting a rowboat. Great hiking areas.

Cozy older detached house for rent with 3 (4) bedrooms (8 beds), living room, kitchen and a bathroom. The home is beautifully located by the sea at the end of Kuholmen. Short distance to shops, city center, hiking areas and swimming areas. The place is ideal for families with children. Great undisturbed garden with path down to the swimming area and rocks. 10 minutes walk to Bertes (beach). The house is located about 12 km from Kristiansand Dyrepark. There is no TV or internet in the house.

Here you can stay stylish, in peaceful and rural surroundings - perfect accommodation for couples and families with children on vacation. Also great for those who need to immerse yourself in work undisturbed. We rent out the guesthouse in our yard, a lovely little house on the edge of the forest. The house is in solid wood, designed by Trollvegg Arkitektstudio and was finished in 2022. It is pulled back on the property, with the forest being the closest neighbor. Welcome to us!

Huset ligger helt i enden av bilvei, så det er ikke trafikk på området. 70 meter til strand og brygge med båt som er inkludert i leien. Ny båt Pioner 14 med 9.9 Yamaha med elektrisk start og Garmin kartplotter. Langgrunn strand som passer fint for de små. Stor gressplen med trampoline ved stranden. Sup-brett og kajakker kan man låne. Med båt er man i Norges fineste skjærgård med mange små holmer og øyer som er tilgjengelige for alle. Badstue tilgjengelig for leietakere.

Centrally located residence with walking distance to Hamresanden, one of Southern Norway's finest beaches, and a short way to the freshwater swimming area in Hamrevann. The home is also 5 minutes drive distance to Sørlandsenteret and 10 minutes to the zoo. Kristiansand city centre is 15 minutes away. The home has a lot of nice hiking terrain nearby and good sun conditions from morning to evening.
