Nature gem with gazebo and view to Tovdalselva river. Swimming and fishing spots in walking distance. Fishing license can be purchased.

In this place your family can stay close to everything, the location is central. Walk distance to the beach (Bay of Bees). More shops and Lund square and the city. Cozy place. Has 3 bedrooms, possible for 5 sleeping places. Also includes 2 bathrooms. 2 living rooms. Small porch. and outdoor area downstairs with large trampoline. I live here when it's not rented. Some personal touch will meet in my lovely home. And if desired and rent for a longer period of time, I am open to negotiating price.

Grimstad: Idyllic summer cabin, animals are allowed

Cozy cabin at Landvikvannet with access to the archipelago via the famous Reddal Canal. Very good sun conditions, early morning to late evening. Very child-friendly space with a large terrace and large green areas around the cabin. Car road all the way up to the door. Inlaid water from well (drinking water from own cans). Animals are allowed. The cabin has an outhouse. Distances: 2 km to Kiwi and Coop, 5 km to Grimstad city centre, 25 min drive to Kristiansand Zoo.

Huset er fullt utstyrt og har alt du trenger for et fint opphold. Svært sentralt, men samtidig privat og rolig. Et flott sted for en eller to familier! Vi har akkurat begynt å leie ut huset, så har ikke mange anmeldelser. Men sjekk gjerne anmeldelser for hytta vår.

Nice appartment in walking distance from the city centre. Perfect for guest taking the ferry to/from Denmark. Lovely patio with afternoon and evening sun. Quiet and private. Free parking. Fast wifi. Crome cast and TV with lots of channels. Spacious bedrom with king bed, and room for two extra matrasses and baby bed. Also, there is a double sleeping couch in the living room. Animals are welcome!

It is charming, historic house from 1906. Here you have plenty of space of 300 sqm, and a large garden on the outside. You can use vegetables from our garden and eggs from our chickens and quails, while you stay here.
