Modern and open-plan apartment in the newly renovated farmhouse. Stylish rustic interior design. The farm is located in the middle of an idyllic village surrounded by lakes and hills. The village lake is just a few steps away. There is a fireplace in the yard. During the harvest season and for cultivation in the fall, there is of course a little more activity. The farmer is friendly in most cases and to most people and likes to let children ride in the tractor or combine harvester.

Our house is a spacious country house from 1912 in the middle of a 5000 m² natural plot. It can accommodate 7-8 people, has been extensively renovated and furnished with antique farmhouse furniture and some design classics. Located on the edge of a village in the Western Pomeranian meadow not far from Szczecin and 1.5 hours from Berlin, you leave the crowded Uckermark behind you. Find relaxation or a quiet workplace in the hilly terminal moraine landscape with many small swimming lakes.

Max 2 adults please. Children are welcome. The 1857 house located by Oder Neisse bicycle path and short drive from highway 11. The ONE ROOM flat has easy access to the lake, separate entry and own garden. The house is located in a peaceful village. Free use of 2 kayaks (single and double) and bicycles. Our small, lovingly renovated 56sqm apartment is part of our old brick house (former bakery) located in a beautiful and nature rich corner of the Uckermark. It is an ideal starting point for small day trips - in the immediate vicinity there are several swimming lakes, bicycle and hiking trails, old villages and many other tourist offers. In our village of Flieth there is a small regional shop with organic products from local farmers and a nice pub with a beer garden.

“Less is more” – this is one of the golden rules for good design, from which we were guided by the restoration of our farm in the Uckermark. The Birkenhof includes several hectares of land with meadows, fruit and vegetable garden and our small birch grove, which gave the farm its name. The farmhouse is Ideal for families or small groups. The farmhouse can also be rented together with the stable building and laundry house.

The trailer is located on a farm in a village location on a 1.3-hectare property. Lake Ucker is about 500 m away as the crow flies (road longer!) Prenzlau is just under 2 km away. In the main house, there is a small guest kitchen and a private shower room. Perfect to escape the stress of the city!
