Our bakery cottage is beautifully located in the Melderstein Manor area. Here you will find lush surroundings and nice trails and gravel roads to walk on. Here it is close to fishing waters in the Råne River. The bakery has a smaller bedroom and a larger living room. In the living room there is a small kitchenette with stove, fridge and freezer. There's also a dining area, sofa and two beds. Private shower and toilet as well as private entrance and parking. We are located about 50 km from Luleå, Kalix and Boden. 12 km from the E4 at Råneå.

There are many nice walking trails, and in winter, nice snowmobile trails. The apartment has most of what you need. There is a 90-cm bed and a sofa bed with a 140-cm mattress. If needed, an extra mattress can be brought in. Cleaning is done by the host Bedlinen and towels are included.

A cozy house for 2 people in a quet and still place in Norrbotten and located 20 minutes from the city of Luleå with car. Excellent location if you like to spend your time near the nature. In the winter you can experinece the ice on the sea, walk, ski, kick or go with a scooter. In the summer time you can visit small beaches or walk in the wood and when its season you can find berries. This house has its own entrance and the kitchen has a fireplase.
