The sea surface freezes in winter, which allows for walks or ski trips on the ice directly from the farm. Rich wildlife with wild mammals and birds of prey.

The house offers a total of 11 comfortable beds, a generous sauna for relaxing after the day's adventures, There is space to socialize, cook together and create memories – all year round. Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation. Enjoy the lovely nature around the house. Take a swim from the jetty, light the wood-fired sauna by the sea. Take a ride on the boat. Cook over an open fire. Visit the sea bath, cozy summer café or farm shop nearby during the summer. In winter, there are dog sleds not far from the house. Visit the nice ice rink that stretches between the southern and northern ports inside Luleå. Are you perhaps one of the lucky ones who gets to experience the magical northern lights?

Charming retro house by the sea

Koppla av med familjen i fridfulla, vackra Båtskärsnäs, nära Frevisörens camping (Nordiclapland) med bad och aktiviteter. Gästers husdjur är välkomna. Vid boendet finns en vedeldad badtunna utomhus som kan förbokas mot en avgift på 500 kronor, det är oftast möjligt att boka den men hör gärna av er i tid för att bekräfta detta. Två kajaker finns att låna. Från Båtskärsnäs går även båtturer ut i skärgården och på vintern har vi fina isar och skidspår. Sparkar, pulkor och snöskor finns att låna.

Guest cabin

Nyrenoverat gästhus ca 40m2 golvyta, med de flesta bekvämligheter i ett hem. Närhet till vatten med en liten strand som vintertid är ett populärt promenadstråk. Relativt centralt och nära till buss eller tåg. Gästhuset är beläget på samma tomt som Värdfamiljens bostad. Ca 5min promenad till gym och pizzeria. 10min cykelfärd till mataffär, ca 15-20min med cykel till stan. Parkeringsplats finns. Är ni fler än 2 personer finns ytterligare sovplatser att hyra mot avgift. Obs golvkallt vintertid

Discover our lodge concept in the heart of Swedish’s Lapland, in harmony with nature. We thought those cottages in respect with the environnement, perfectly equipped to spend unforgettable moments. A cosy chalet of around 60 sqm, all comfort that can accommodate 5 people. it has a room downstair for two people and a second one on the loft for three people. It also has a private bathroom, full-equipped kitchen and a comfortable open living room. Every chalet has its own private terrace.

Villa Båtskärsnäs

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation with 150 meters to the sea and marinas. The village is a small archipelago idyll. The village archipelago offers fantastic beaches and the popular campsite, Frevisören camp resort, with sea bath and restaurant is only 4 km away. Microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker available. In the fully tiled bathroom there is underfloor heating, washing machine, detergent, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, soap, shampoo and conditioner.

The outdoor house at Snöberget

Friluftshuset at Snöberget is located at the foot of the Snöberget Nature Reserve and right by the Råneå River. From here, you can enjoy stunning views of the Lapland landscape just outside the house, while also having easy access to activities such as hiking, ice fishing, snowmobiling, and swimming in the summer. This house is also perfect for viewing the northern lights. In addition, we have a very nice barbecue area in the yard, which guests are more than welcome to use.

Welcome to a nice and cozy courtyard house with a central location – close to the city's offerings but still located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We, as a host family, live in the main building on the same property and often spend time out in the yard. A nice dog also moves freely on the property.
