This worked out perfect for us. The place was conveniently located and was great to be directly on the water. The air conditioning was so helpful, and the beds were really comfortable. The linens were the perfect weight for the temperature. It was great to have a clothes line out on the balcony to hang up or swim stuff. We enjoyed the place very much. As we are just hiking through the area we didn’t really have time to explore the local restaurants or shops but it was easy to access and not at all complicated. Thanks

The pride of the accommodation lies in the enchanting view it offers, unique as few in the area. The studio apartment has a kitchen in excellent condition and equipped with the necessary, microwave, Lavazza coffee machine with pods, comfortable sofa bed, TV with services. Very clean with a good level of general comfort. Please note, however, that the reserved parking space is located at the level of the SS Aurelia. The apartment, on the other hand, is subject to several tens of meters of height difference. It should be noted that there will be a good number of steps to be faced. The descent by car is possible, but the road, due to its size and winding nature, requires special attention and skill. Giancarlo is an affable, understanding, and helpful person, like few of the hosts I have met so far. It will make you feel at home and pampered. I'll definitely be back soon!

Marina is a lovely host! The apartment was exactly as described—spacious, airy, and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the natural view from the balcony and loved being in Rapallo. The beach was within easy walking distance, which was a big plus. Marina kindly picked us up from the train station, even though we had a couple of delays. She greeted us warmly and even welcomed us with delicious croissants. We had a great conversation with her, and she gave us wonderful recommendations on places to visit. From Rapallo, we easily visited Portofino, Camogli, Santa Margherita, and Genoa by train. Marina also generously dropped us off at the train station at the end of our stay, which was incredibly helpful, especially since we were traveling with our mother on a hot day. We arrived from Pisa by train without any issues. Overall, a truly enjoyable experience—highly recommended!

"Portofino Touch" in the heart of downtown Rapallo

The house is located in the streets of the center of Rapallo, two minutes from the beach. There are both free and equipped beaches. There are both bars and restaurants near the house. The house is in a modern style and studied in small details, equipped with everything you need. The only negative note is the bed that is on the mezzanine, so a heat hood forms, but it can be solved by turning on the climate. Daniela was very kind and welcoming. I will definitely be back!

The apartment was exactly as described, with a dedicated parking space and a clean, tidy environment. The host was very welcoming, responded quickly and positively, and provided lots of useful information. The view from the property was absolutely stunning—we actually regretted staying for only one night. At night, the moonlight reflecting on the sea created a shimmering, enchanting scene that was truly unforgettable.
