My accommodation is located in a rural district formed by a group of villas near the center ,the house has an independent entrance in adherence and a few km you can reach the sea , 4/5 km you can find quiet and the civil hospital, the entrance of the highways and the highway to Pescara are 2/3 km and from the house you can admire the peaks of the great stone and the majolica, the place dominates the tranquility and at the same time the proximity to all the essential services

A visit to the castle of Nocciano and the hamlet of Villa Badessa, a center of Greco-Byzantine culture, is interesting.

Villa between the sea and the mountains

A few minutes from the sea and ski slopes, nestled in the hills of Pescarese but only 25 minutes from the sea, 40 minutes from the mountains and a 5-minute drive to the highway. Only SMALL dogs are allowed. The villa is inhabited by the homeowners on the upper floor but they will be present mainly only for check-in and garden maintenance, while guests will have full privacy and autonomy of the ground floor.
