Ten minutes by car by a mud road, they separate the house from downtown. This is a special place because it took me six years to get permission to build there. We have 6 parking spaces for the entire condominium and use is on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is not included, but the access street is private, with no exit and with a guardhouse.
