Saunassa nopea puukiuas, ja mökissä juokseva lämmin vesi. Keittiössä mm. uuni, induktioliesi ja tiskikone. Ilmalämpöpumppu viilennyksellä.

Huoneistoon majoittuu mukavasti 4 henkilöä (2 makuuhuonetta). Tilavassa olohuoneessa kuitenkin kaksi kunnollista sänkyä yöpymiseen (lisähinta).
