Villa holiday rentals in Rasiglia

We loved spending a week at this beautiful villa, which seems to have been renovated quite recently with wonderful taste, suiting an Italian countryside villa. And the views, breathtakingly beautiful! Everything was even better than in the pictures. We especially enjoyed the pool, the outdoor dining arkea and the kitchen. Perfect for our group of four friends! The villa is a few kilometers from the closest shops, restaurants etc. so you need a car to get around. There were many towns and villages nearby which we enjoyed exploring. All in all a very enjoyable holiday in a beautiful location!

Abbiamo passato la settimana di Ferragosto in questa residenza da sogno nel mezzo dell'Umbria. L'host, molto gentile e reattiva, ci ha messo in contatto con la persona che gestisce la casa, Elisabetta, che ha saputo fornirci tutte le indicazioni richieste ed aiutarci in tutto. Abbiamo trovato la casa in ottime condizioni, è molto spaziosa ed accogliente, con diverse opzioni tra barbecue e cucine. La zone è molto affascinante, in quanto si trova tra le colline umbre e permette di visitare i fantastici paesini intorno (consigliato portarsi la macchina). Infine la piscina era pulita giornalmente da Valerio, che si prendeva cura anche delle piante nel giardino e si occupava di svuotare la spazzature (grazie mille ancora). Per concludere, soggiorno più che piacevole.

Wir haben die Unterkunft von Manfredi für einen Urlaub mit 8 Leuten gemietet. Der Check-In hat durch die Mithilfe von Manfredi sehr gut funktioniert. Wir waren sofort von dem Haus und der Lage fasziniert. Es ist zwar etwas abgelegen, aber mit dem Auto ist man innerhalb von 15 Minuten in Marsciano. Dort befinden sich alle Geschäfte, die man so braucht. Das ganze Grundstück ist gut gepflegt und sauber. Auch die Innenausstattung ist sauber und typisch für die Gegend. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet, inklusive einer großen Kühltruhe. Zuletzt möchte ich noch die herausragende Kommunikation und Hilfsbereitschaft von Manfredi hervorheben. Jede Frage wurde von Manfredi schnell und ausführlich beantwortet. Für jeden, der einen ruhigen Urlaub in der Umbria verbringen möchte, ist das Haus von Manfredi perfekt.

We had a great stay! The place was beautiful and Rachel was a wonderful host. She was super responsive, met all of our needs, and even made us a last-minute, 13 person reservation at a local restaurant (it was a hit). Highly recommend this place.

Our stay was amazing! The house is beyond beautiful and the view is beautiful. The house was great for a group of 9 people. (We didn’t realize there were no bed linens and towels included, so take that with you.) Communication was great! We will defiantly come back!

Rosanna und Patrick sind wunderbare Gastgeber und sehr freundlich. Die Lage des Hauses ist fantastisch, mitten im Grünen, total ruhig gelegen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, kein unnötiger Krempel. Wir liebten den Blick aus dem Küchenfenster, wenn wir unser Essen zubereiteten. Der super gepflegte Pool lädt zum Schwimmen und Verweilen ein! Viele tolle Orte in Umbrien, wie Assisi, Perugia, Gubbia, Montone, Lago Trasimeno ... sind schnell erreichbar, aber auch in der Toskana, wie Arrezzo, Cortona, ... ist man gleich. Die Empfehlungen von Rosanna oder Patrick waren immer hilfreich. Wir sind sicher, wir werden wiederkommen. Nochmals vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft.

Villa Elisa is the best place I have stayed so far. Its construction style is old and special, the care of the Villa is down to the details, whether it is the exterior or interior, everything works is impressive even though some parts of the house are original from that time such as the doors, the windows, the floor tiles,The view is magnificent, magical whether with the radiant sun, under a torrential rain, under the clouds, under the mist or under the stars with the moon as a companion.Absolutely everything in detail and scrupulously organized, all thanks to its hosts Luciano and Christina. Now I will make an important section, if the Villa is majestic, they are also splendid and kind; I had the pleasure and pride of meeting them personally, people like few I have ever met and who are now scarce. Natural, simple and kind, always at hand unconditionally for whatever was needed.I recommend this place to everyone who wants to enjoy a great place and excellent company and 100 percent.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt - und unser Hund fand es absolut super. Wir mussten etwas schauen, dass das Tor richtig geschlossen blieb, damit sie nicht ausbüxen konnte. Ausserdem ist der Kamin eher zur Dekoration, da er nicht richtig abzieht und so schnell das Haus verräuchert. Wenn man ihn aber nicht braucht, ist alles perfekt!

The house is absolutely fantastic, nestled in the middle of olive trees with onbustructed views of the countryside and nobody else at sight! The house is cozy, familiar and everything is there to make you feel at home! Each room is spacious, clean and comfortable to enjoy magnificent Umbria! Flaminia is really helpful and Sergio’s occasional presence is very helpful! We seriously enjoyed our time at the house being a party of 6 with 2 kids! The garden and the swimming pool were absolutely superb! The overall experience was absolutely marvelous!

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable dans la maison de Luisa qui est encore plus belle que sur les photos. Luisa a été plus que réactive quand nous lui avons demandé des choses. La piscine est sensationnelle et le calme des alentours top pour se reposer. Le Wi-Fi est un peu faible mais rien de grave car l'important est d'apprécier les équipements de la maison.

We had an amazing time at this house! It’s super comfortable and in a really quiet and peaceful area – perfect for relaxing. The place had everything we needed, and the whole vibe was just great. Would definitely recommend it if you’re looking to unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings!

Very responsive to the few minor issues we had - even went so far as to pay for our lunch via bank transfer at a local Fattoria (farm) that only took bank transfer which was incredibly kind! The house is really special and secluded, epic pool and a pizza oven that was pretty special. I would recommend getting a nice big car to get there/get around in Umbria - some of the roads/tracks are pretty interesting (for a city mouse like me) but it's the price you pay to really be in nature. The kids loved the hammocks and Luca made sure we had a great time.

Il casale di Annale & Bruno è piuttosto appartato ma incantevole. Ristrutturato di recente e con cura, offre un piacevole panorama e tutte le comodità. Raggiungibile attraverso una lunga strada sterrata, offre un luogo di relax e convivialità. Piscina e barbecue in muratura rendono il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. This was an incredible house! Located in a beautiful area close to Todi, full of nature and close to easy hikes. The house is stunning and perfect for families who want an authentic Italian vacation!

I looked through tons and tons of villas in Umbria and Tuscany for our family trip and this one checked all our boxes most of all. And I'm so happy we chose it because this was the most beautiful house my family and I have ever stayed in. The scenery was like a painting, and the outside hang out area was perfect to relax and eat dinner outside every night. The house itself was updated and gorgeous, and everything was so clean and the beds were large and so comfortable. The town of Todi is a 10 minute drive and was our favorite town we visited by far. It's not as crowded or touristy as others are and had so many amazing restaurants and shops. It was like something out of a movie. Francesa was so amazing in all her recommendations and communications. She even surprised us with a baby float so our 10 month old could use the pool with us! So thoughtful. If/when my family goes back to Italy, we would probably just stay in this same house again because it was that perfect. Thank you!!!

Isabella and Alessandro were extremely accommodating, and always on hand when we needed help. We would definitely stay here again. We were a group of 13 with 3 small babies. The Villa was spacious and beautiful. There are 4 double bedrooms with en-suites in the main house, and 3 separate apartments with their own kitchenettes. There were no baths, so our friends with babies had to get creative in sinks or paddling pools. We arrived in Italy in the middle of a heatwave so spent most of our time cooling off by the pool, which was kept in good order by Alessandro every morning. There were comfy sun loungers and a large shaded table for lunches. Each guest gets a bath towel but no beach towel for the poolside, so don’t forget to pack one. They were able to provide two fans. A couple of guests bought more fans because it was so hot but it was possible to keep the rooms cool if you opened the windows to allow airflow but kept the shutters closed. However, some guests did find the mosquitos problematic. Accessibility: The Villa sits on top of a steep hill, so if you’re taking a car, make sure it’s got a good sized engine to take you and your passengers up it. Supermarkets are a 10-15 minute drive away. Kitchen We were able to cater for everyone using the kitchen in the main house, which has an oven and gas stove top. We also made use of the fire grill in the out house, but it’s worth checking with Alessandro how to use it. We had to buy staple ingredients such as oil, salt and pepper. Admin We were asked to provide evidence of our ID documentation on arrival and pay tourism tax.

We weren’t disappointed when we approached S’farina down the long private cedar lined drive . Beautiful stone house over looking rolling countryside and picturesque local hill top village . Lovely terrace and gardens with fabulous infinity pool and pool house with shower:toilet and sauna ( we didn’t use as 37 degrees outside ! We were meet by Veronica who helpfully showed us to the location , she was helped with other few enquires . Well tended pool and gardens by friendly pool man . Inside fantastic characterful rooms and bedrooms all huge with high ceilings and beams . All rooms en-suite and with A/C which was so welcome ! Lots of seating areas outside for quiet reading but also lovely terrace at the back where we ate all our meals . Racquets and bats for a bit of fun in the cooler moments , only disappointment was the bikes weren’t in working order . Orvieto , cascade de la Marmore , Viterbo , Todi, Lake Bolsena all fab . We loved S’farina and would highly recommend it x

Fantastyczne miejsce w bardzo pięknie utrzymanym domu z pięknym basenem i cudownymi widokami. I do tego cisza i spokój - zdecydowanie polecam !!!

This is a beautiful property. It is quite remote but, if you're looking for a quiet, relaxing stay with gorgeous views, this is a very nice choice. We loved the history of the property and the vibe that remains with it today. The property is spread out on to three floors with the kitchen and living area on the top floor. We enjoyed the pool/hot tub area that was cleaned daily by a very friendly caretaker. And we especially enjoyed breakfasts on the terrace. We found our arrival a bit challenging with an infant in tow. An alternate local rep Ralf met us when I announced our arrival but the keys didn't work initially. Ralf (and a locksmith?) handled it smoothly though and once we got inside, all was well. The primary local contact Andreea was delightful...very communicative and helpful.

Wir waren zwei befreundete Pärchen mit zwei Hunden und hatten eine wundervolle Zeit! Das Haus und die Lage sind perfekt um zur Ruhe zu kommen und zu entspannen. Durch die zwei separaten Schlafzimmer inkl. Bad hatte man zu Viert auch ausreichend Platz. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Besonders der eingezäunte Außenbereich und der private Pool haben den Aufenthalt für uns perfekt gemacht! Auch die Aussicht auf die umliegenden Berge und die ruhige Lage laden zum entspannen ein. Die nächst größere Stadt Città di Castello (ca. 25min mit dem Auto) ist ebenfalls einen Besuch wert. Dort gibt es auch einige Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Gastgeber waren sehr bemüht und jeder Zeit erreichbar und haben uns auch einmal mit einem leckeren Kuchen überrascht. Wir hatten einen tollen und rundum gelungenen Urlaub - vielen Dank Tiziano!

Spoleto and the surrounding cities are absolutely spectacular, ranking among the finest destinations in Italy. Giardino di Tosca was the ideal setting for our family reunion during Christmas vacations. I must note how clean the place was, this level of hygiene was a rare find and greatly appreciated. The careful attention given to every aspect of the property truly enhanced its charm

The whole experience was incredible. James & Pietro were super friendly, communicative, proactive, helpful and flexible - outstanding hosts. James met us when he arrived, and he made us feel at home straight away and was really responsive if we had any questions, but also extremely respectful of our privacy. Pietro & James have put so much thought into making every aspect of the stay outstanding. The house is lovely and felt spacious. The pool, gardens & views are stunning & the whole set-up is designed in a way that you have total privacy. There are multiple outside spaces where you can relax, surrounded by peace and nature. The kitchen is a real cooks' kitchen, and between that and the large brick-built BBQ, you can basically create your own restaurant set-up at the house. We were blown away by all the food and drink treats left for us, e.g. fresh pasticcini, wine, beer, pasta etc. Beautiful part of Umbria, breath-taking location with endless lovely places to visit. Total perfection.

La casa è un’oasi di pace, l’abbiamo vissuta a pieno con tutta la famiglia incluso il nostro golden retriever che ha amato la location dal primo momento. La piscina è perfetta e totalmente disimpegnata dalla casa, i terrazzi ed il giardino offrono una vista su tramonti incredibili. Annalisa è un host perfetta, discreta gentile e disponibile. Il custode una persona deliziosa che ci ha deliziato con frutti dell’orto quotidiani.

Leuke plek om te verblijven met een goede locatie vlakbij Perigia. Prachtig uitzicht. Het ligt bovenop een berg. Auto is wel een must. Mooi groot huis met een zwembad en ligbedjes. Huis is groot en van alle gemakken voorzien. Binnenkant is wat gedateerd, maar dat past bij deze woning. Voldoende zitjes en tafels buiten, waar je gezellig kunt eten en zitten. Ook is er een buitenkeuken, waar je kunt bbq-en. Kortom een aanrader. Host is ook supervriendelijk en behulpzaam.
