Traditional listed period property built circa 1840 in the heart of Collon village. Collon is a small village in County Louth situated 60km (45 min) from Dublin city centre & 35 min from the airport. 25 minutes to Emerald Park. The historical village of Slane and town of Drogheda are just 10 minutes drive with Newgrange just 15 minutes away. Our location is a perfect base to discover the Boyne Valley and East coast Our home offers plenty of period/original features blended with modern comfort.

Located on the grounds of the hosts home and a 5 min drive to the beach, this property consists of 2 bedrooms 1 dbl, 1 twin upstairs. Kitchen, living room and shower room on ground floor. 5 mins drive to Seagrave’s (wedding venue), Port (Blue Flag) beach & Salterstown swimming Pier. 10 mins drive from M1 via Dunleer, 1 hr approx Dublin Airport ( traffic depending). 1hr 30 mins, Belfast. Please note, no oven/washing machine, electric hob & microwave available. Panoramic views of the east coast.

Darley Grange

Charming, very quiet family run cottage set in rural location. Large kitchen/diner/lounge. Three comfortable bedrooms all ensuite. Pleasant external seating area. Surrounded by quiet countryside. All within close proximity to Slane, Boyne valley, Newgrange, Hill of Tara and local wedding venues etc. Family friendly with wifi and washing facilities if required. Lashings of hot water and central heating. Wood pellet burner for daytime and evening heating. Very comfortable for six people sharing.

Mac's Place

Located 5 minute drive to the picturesque villages of Blackrock and Castlebellingham. Set in a peaceful garden setting of the original farm house which dates back to 1852. The newly refurbished area provides a light airy space with fully fitted kitchen, lounge area, small mezzanine area, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Extra rooms are available on request. Guests have their own entrance, parking and outdoor seating area. Guests have full use of the garden, play area and hammocks.

One of two self catering barn conversions 3.5km from Slane Village. When you arrive you will be allocated The Stables or The Paddock. Both accommodation units are the same and located side by side. No 3rd party bookings and our accommodation is not suitable for children under 12 years of age. The Gatekeeper's Lodge

Nestled within the historic grounds of Whitewood House, our award winning 19th century Gatekeeper’s Lodge offers a unique retreat. Magical gothic 3 bedroom mini-castle.

The Clonmellon Lodge is an 18th c. gothic mini castle recently restored, newly refurbished bathrooms and kitchen, all in one floor, with easy access to the grounds of Killua Castle. The Lodge can fit 5 people comfortably. There are 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The first one with an ( American) Queen size bed, and the second with a double size bed. There is an office with a daybed that can sleep an small adult comfortably, and it has a full bathroom next to it.

Victoria Drummond Tower was built as a Folly Tower in the victorian period in 1858 by William Drummond Delap as part of Monasterboice House & Demesne. The tower is regarded as a folly tower built in remembrance of his late mother. Recently restored into a small habitable dwelling and is now available for rental for selected months of the year. A very unique and enjoyable place to stay with a vast range of local & historical amenities at your disposal.
