Stay in the heart of Ranelagh village in this quaint cottage on a quiet avenue. This unique house has a loft style bedroom, with one small double bed and two small sofa beds in the cosy living and dining area. There is also a fully equipped galley style kitchen and bathroom with electric shower. Parking is available outside the door for one car but everything is in walking distance including the LUAS light rail green line and several bus routes. It is not suitable for children under 12 yrs.

Resembling a Tuscan Farmhouse this 200 years old coach house is simply irresistible. The building was elegantly restored after lying dormant for decades. Its situated to the rear of a private home and only 10 mins walk from Ranelagh and 15 mins from Ballsbridge. Peaceful and charming you wont want to leave…. Taylor Swift stayed with us while enjoying a low key visit to Dublin. We were delighted to have her at our home and equally thrilled she managed to avoid the attention of the media.

It is next to a lovely array of shops including a Tescos, a fresh veg shop, a butcher's, a fishmonger, and a hairdressers. This is a residential area and suits first time visitors. Getting to the City Center: Stephen's Green. Approximately 3km from the propery. Walking: A 36 minute walk. Car: An 11 minute drive. Public transport (The Luas tram system): 26 minutes on the tram system. Heating Included.

Stayed for two nights in Denisse's place as I had a work Conference in Milltown (which is just a quick luas ride down the road). The place was very clean and tidy and there was some great restaurants near by. I arrived later than expected but Denisse was very nice about it and pointed out where all the nearby restaurants were. Overall a good place to stay 👍

Katja is a lovely host and inspiring person. She was very busy working, but always available via text. She made me feel very welcome in her very nice house. House and room were as described and clean. I got to use the kitchen utilities too, which was great. The house is in a lovely neighborhood, it's quiet and I always felt safe day and night. There is a bus stop right at the corner that'll take you to the touristic center in about 30mins, but it doesn't go at night too often, so you might need a taxi. Also I really enjoyed the walkways along the river in 5 mins distance from the house. The area is perfect for a walk or running. It's also in walking distance from the RDS, perfect for visiting the Dublin Horse Show.

Your quiet stay in Rathgar

Mickaël was extremely helpful and responsive when I could not find the exact location where to park. I was frustrated and he was very calming and helpful and told me exactly where to go. He is a great guy and a wonderful, friendly host and his home is absolutely spotless. I would 100% stay with him again. The room was large and bed was extremely comfortable. Bathroom was perfect. He explained how to turn on the water heater and we had no issue at all. Great location for buses as well. Easy to get into and out of city center. Truly a wonderful stay. My only caveat, and it is no reflection on him, he is on the 3rd floor and there is no lift. Carrying up bags was a challenge with a bad back and shoulders that don't like to lift rolling luggage. But, we made it ok with a few trips.

My stay with Marcia was outstanding. She is a truly lovely person, always kind, attentive, and checking in to make sure everything was going well during my visit. From the very beginning, she made me feel right at home with her warmth and hospitality. The accommodation is very well located, with a supermarket and several restaurants nearby. There's also a bus stop right in front that takes you directly to both the city center and the airport, which was incredibly convenient. The place was spotlessly clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I would absolutely recommend staying with Marcia to anyone.
