Our home is in Ratingen-Lintorf on the outskirts of Düsseldorf. Airport (11 km), Düsseldorf Exhibition Centre (13 km). The apartment is located in a two-family house with parking directly in front of the house. A 5-minute walk away, a forest area with pond invites you to take a walk and jog. Various supermarkets and a small city center are less than a km away. A bus stop with connections to Düsseldorf and S-Bahn stations is a few minutes' walk away. You'll appreciate my place because of the cleanliness, coziness, and good amenities, as well as the peace and quiet in the house. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, and business travelers.

The studio is located in the attic of our house in the south of the city of Mülheim an der Ruhr, in the district of Holthausen/Raadt. The quiet location right by the conservation area does not exclude a very good transport connection. Public transport to the city center and the main train station can be reached in a few minutes on foot. By car, you can reach the A52 in 3 minutes. Essen trade fair: about 10 minutes; Düsseldorf trade fair: about 30 minutes Düsseldorf Airport: about 20 minutes; CentrO: about 25 minutes (each by car)

The 2-room apartment with 55sqm is located at the upper end of the pedestrian zone in the heart of the historic old town of Ratingen. It is located on the raised ground floor of an apartment building (3 steps to the hallway, otherwise everything is on the ground floor), the upper floors of which are inhabited privately. Parking at the house allows air travelers to park the vehicle for free during the trip. A nearby forest invites you to stroll. The small town center with various shops can be reached in 15 minutes on foot.
