Holiday rentals with breakfast in Ravenna

The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. We missed our train stop, and they quickly arranged for us to be picked up at the next station. The fridge was stocked with essentials, as well as bread, pastries, and snacks. They even took us to the grocery store as we did not have a car. When we had concerns about the comfort of the mattresses in the second bedroom (as one of us has a bad back) they promptly went out and purchased 2 brand new mattresses!! Unbelievable customer service!! The villa was spotless and everything was in proper working order. The hosts were very responsive, quickly answering any questions. The setting is postcard perfect! Beautiful views from every angle! Exactly what we were looking for in a Tuscan getaway. Quiet, peaceful and serene - what more can you ask for?

Elisas Unterkunft war so wie beschrieben. Eine gemütliche kleine Wohnung mit allem, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Zu Fuß war man in ca. 20min im Zentrum von Bologna, eine Busverbindung gab es auch fast direkt vor der Haustür. Die Gegend war schön ruhig. Elisa hat schnell geantwortet und Empfehlungen für Bologna gegeben. Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt!

Alloggio pratico ed efficace specialmente se hai bisogno di un buon appoggio per passare la notte. Io e un mio amico abbiamo già soggiornato in questa stanza l'anno scorso, ed è stata nuovamente una garanzia, sotto tutti i punti di vista. Posizione tranquilla e soprattutto strategica per raggiungere in poco tempo zone e città circostanti. Host professionale, gentile e sempre a disposizione per dare consigli o informazioni utili.

Non si può competere con la posizione di questo appartamento. in pieno xebtrotutto raggiungibile a piedi, 20 ristoranti in meno di 200m. Imbattibile. ovviamente questo vuol dire che raggiungerlo in auto è complicato, perché è nel mezzo dell' isola pedonale, manila parcheggio più vicino è a 50m. L'appartamento è ben accudito, pulitissimo, la zona giorno e spaziosa anche se non luminosissima, le camere e i materassi comodi, la terrazzina spettacolare- piccola, privata, davvero un gioiellino!! Internet veloce, aria condizionata ovunque, e il rapporto qualità prezzo ci ha lasciato molto ben contenti della scelta dell'appartamento di Debora. Altamente raccomandato.

Soggiorno molto breve ma piacevolissimo. L'accoglienza è stata puntuale e cordiale, la posizione è molto comoda per visitare Bologna e i suoi dintorni. La casa è ampia, confortevole e perfettamente attrezzata. Veramente incantevole

L’alloggio di Tiziana è quanto di meglio si possa desiderare se si cerca pace, silenzio e immersione nella natura. Vicinissimo alla casa un sentiero vi porta ad una cascata e in 5 km di salita si arriva all’Eremo di Carpegna. Altrimenti se ci si sposta con la macchina vi sono molti luoghi naturali e storici di interesse a pochi km di distanza. Se ci capita di tornare nella zona saremo felici di essere ospitati di nuovo da Tiziana.

Die Kommunikation mit Giulia war jederzeit herzlich. Auch der Check-In und Check-Out, den ihre Mutter übernommen hat, verlief unkompliziert. Die Wohnung entsprach genau der Beschreibung im Inserat – sauber, gut ausgestattet und gemütlich. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über das Willkommensbrot sowie über die bereitgestellten Kleinigkeiten wie Kaffee, Trinkwasser und Milch. Ein kostenloser, abgesperrter Parkplatz stand ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Die Lage ist gut erreichbar und liegt relativ zentral zwischen der Altstadt von San Marino und der Staatsgrenze – beides ist zu Fuß erreichbar, wenn auch nicht direkt ums Eck.

Che dire, una favola nella favola! Un posto incantevole, immerso nel Chianti Rufina, i vitigni di zona, FrescoBaldi perciò un’istituzione! La casetta di campagna è una realtà che in un attimo di catapulta a casa, rimpiangendo di lasciarla per tornare alla propria. Pulizia comfort atmosfera e la gentilezza della Host ha reso questa esperienza una fuga dalla realtà, alla quale ogni tanto ri attingere! Non la consiglio, sarebbe riduttivo! Vorrei che ogni persona che passa per Pomino potesse vivere quello che abbiamo vissuto noi! Grazie Edi .. alla prossima, sicuramente

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce logement, Guido est un hôte très sympathique, très réactif, très accueillant, l appartement était impeccable, spacieux, nous étions 6, c était parfait. Nos hôtes avaient rempli le frigo et les placards afin que nous puissions nous confectionner de superbes petit-déjeuner, tout était parfait. La localisation à 30mn à pied du centre, près des transports en commun était un plus très apprécié, nous avons tout fait à pied. Un très beau séjour dans un ville magnifique. We had a lovely 4-night stay in this beautiful apartment while my husband participated in a nearby tournament. The apartment is modern, clean, and beautifully decorated, exactly as pictured. The neighborhood is peaceful and still conveniently close to the city center. The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions throughout our stay. Everything went smoothly, and we truly enjoyed our time in Bologna. Highly recommend!

Appartamento facilmente raggiungibile in macchina dalla fiera. Contesto condominiale nuovo e ordinato. La casa è provvista di ogni comfort e molto molto pulita. Host super reattivo e disponibile, grazie Giorgio.

Stefano hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen, uns einen Einblick in die Geschichte des historischen Gebäudes ermöglicht und mit zahlreichen sehr nützlichen Informationen über Ferrara versorgt. Das Appartment ist gut ausgestattet, schön eingerichtet und entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Die Lage ist perfekt, um die Altstadt zu erkunden. Mit wenigen Schritten ist man im historischen Zentrum mit zahlreichen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Trotzdem ist die Zufahrt einfach, da die Adresse nicht in der Zone mit beschränktem Verkehr (ZTL) liegt. Leider hatten wir nur einen halben Tag Zeit und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Excelente ubicacion, tra sporte publico cruzando la calle. Para nosotros estuvo increible que solo fuimos una noche y pudimos explorar la ciudad con facilidad. La atencion de Walid es increible!

Sergio was a very kind and helpful person. The apartment is small and basic but very clean and I was able to cook basic meals (there is a gas stove and a small grill type oven, which I didn't use). The kitchen equipment is basic but sufficient. The shower is excellent! the bed very comfortable. It is in a quiet and peaceful location. I had a great time and used it as a base to visit Fano, the seaside and the hills, all on my bike.

La proprietaria, signora Adriana, è "supergentile". La casa ampia e pulitissima, con un bel balcone pieno di piante in cui è piacevole passare le serate. La posizione è ottima per perlustrare il Parco del Delta, sia nel versante emiliano che in quello veneto. Il parcheggio molto comodo e libero. Il wifi è un po' lento, ma per pochi giorni di vacanza non è stato assolutamente un problema. Situazione certamente consigliata! :)

I can’t say enough about how fantastic this B&B is! Lucio and his wife are so warm and welcoming, but also give you space and privacy. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the surroundings are so beautiful and the breakfast was delicious as well. We had everything we needed here. I highly recommend this place if you’re staying in the area, it is worth the short drive from town to stay here!

Wat een heerlijke ontvangst. Maria en Gabriel zijn extra toffe mensen en zelfs Leila een lieve en aanhankelijke hond kwam ons al tegemoet als we aankwamen. Het panorama is adembenemend en zo rustig. De accomodatie heel netjes en al wat er nodig is. Een heerlijk, telkens vers gemaakt ontbijt elke morgen. Een 10 op alle gebied en wij gaan zeker nog terug.

Auf unserer Reise in die Region Latium haben wir 2 Nächte in dieser schönen Unterkunft verbracht. Valentina ist eine tolle Gastgeberin die uns sehr herzlich begrüßt hat und ihr Haus mit viel Herzblut betreibt. Das freundliche und sehr zuvorkommende Personal, das hervorragende Essen und die ruhige Lage haben unseren Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht! Zudem konnten wir bei den Abendessen aussergewöhnliche Sonnenuntergänge genießen. Sollten wir mal wieder in der Umgebung sein, kommen wir gerne wieder! Danke, dass wir bei Dir zu Gast sein durften! Tutto perfetto, come descritto nell'annuncio. Gabriele è stato molto disponibile durante tutta la durata del soggiorno: dal comunicare come raggiungere il suo alloggio al momento della colazione (ottima anche quella!). Appartamento molto pulito dotato di condizionatore con letto comodissimo. Consigliatissimo!

Auf einem Hügel mit traumhafter Aussicht, morgens den Sonnenaufgang durch die großen Panoramafenster im Wohnzimmer genießen, im Garten mit Blick auf die Olivenbäume von Agnese und in die wunderschöne Landschaft frühstücken...was will man mehr. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und großzügig. Die Küche mit 5 flammigem Herd und Backofen läd zum Kochen ein, wenn man denn einmal nicht in einer der Trattorien der Umgebung mit romagnolischer Kücher essen möchte. Agnese ist eine sehr sympathische Gastgeberin und mit ihren Tipps haben zum Gelingen unseres Urlaubs wesentlich beigetragen. Was man wissen sollte...die Gegend ab Haus ist eher etwas für sportlch ambitionierte Radfahrer, man kann aber direkt schöne Wanderungen unternehmen; die Zufahrt über einen Kiesweg ist etwas holprig aber gut machbar; man braucht ein Auto zum Einkaufen und zur Erkundung der wunderschönen weiteren Umgebung. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

Alloggio perfetto con molto spazio a disposizione, letto comodo, pulizia eccellente e la dotazione che mette a disposizione la signora Marzia è super completa. C'è tutto per il bagno, per potersi preparare qualcosa di caldo e prodotti per la colazione di qualità. Considerando la posizione tranquilla lontando da rumore a solo 1 km dal centro a piedi e la disponibilità unica di Marzia è una scelta obbligata per soggiornare in zona Cervia. Grazie alla prossima.
