My experience with Paul was the best experience I have had booking with Air B and B. His communication was friendly and prompt. He answered all my questions before booking. Upon arriving, his check-in instructions were extremely easy and he explained things throughly. Entering the home was exactly as his pictures showed. Everything was clean and organized. He checked in shortly after our check-in time to make sure everything was up to par and asked if we needed anything. The home was nestled in a residential neighborhood and it was quiet, peaceful and safe. The beds were extremely comfortable which is always a plus when on vacation! I asked him for a couple recommended grocery stores that were close and he gave me great suggestions. All his amenities allowed us to cook at home and enjoy meals as a family. Checkout was super easy. We will defiantly reach out to Paul again when we make it back to Chicago. If I could give more than 5 stars I defiantly would! Highly recommended!

Jason’s Bluebird Inn Loft apt was everything we needed and more. We arrived earlier than check in and were able to hold our luggage in Jason’s cafe/bar downstairs. Once the apt was ready, Jason helped with moving our bags upstairs which was very kind and service that was above and beyond expectations. The record player, pull out bed, and washer/dryer came in very handy during our stay. It was also nice to have the cafe/bar downstairs for breakfast and drinks before heading out. It was such a relief to know we had a reliable and cozy space after being out all day sightseeing. Thank you, Jason, for curating such a cool space! Would gladly stay again in the future.

cosy and quiet - just what I needed after seeing lots of family. It is close to coffee shops and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet too and there is a nearby park.

We loved staying at Richard's home; He ensured my friend, and I had a great time and accommodated the space to our needs. The place was clean and feel comfy. They left clear instructions and recommendations for our stay. They even left some snacks in the fridge for us that helped us after a long trip. The home is in a beautiful, peaceful neighborhood. Richard is a kind and thoughtful host; you can tell she cares about the people, and that makes a huge difference when it comes to picking a place when you are traveling!.

Exactly as described, just what I was looking for. Convenience of proximity to the Blue Line made it very easy for me to check off all the things I wanted to do during my stay. Thanks so much.

Very nice unit. Entry instructions were very clear and overall I had a great experience! I would definitely stay again. Areas of improvement: provide more information on parking rules in the area and perhaps suggest some lots / apps to use to make the experience easier. It was also a bit tricky to get into the unit because there were 2 doors that opened with one code and you had to hustle to prevent the second from locking.

A Lovely lovely stay! Our host Stuart was amazing and on top of everything. We were a party of 5 and everyone felt so comfortable and lucky to be in such a gorgeous space with individual privacy and also lovely areas to spend time together. Everything was spotless and whatever we needed in the kitchen was available and in fabulous condition. The ability to park our rental car in a safe easily accessible place was a bonus. Our only sadness was due to the nature of our trip, we didn't get to spend as much time as we would have liked in the apartment we were so happy and comfortable there. It was a true pleasure coming home to it every night of our stay. Thank you to to our host Stuart for making the weekend of our daughter's graduation from college even more special than anticipated. If our travels bring us to Chicago again, we would definitely love to to be able stay there again. We totally recommend staying here. It was and is a special and unique place to stay.

We loved this cute little house! Super walkable and close to lots of stuff in Logan Square; although we thoroughly enjoyed the peacefulness of hanging out in the private backyard. Would definitely stay again!

I traveled to Chicago for work and had a nice three-day stay here. The Airbnb is in a great location, clean, and well-equipped with thoughtful amenities. I particularly enjoyed the small library!

First time staying at an Air Bnb and it was amazing. Instructions were very clear and the place had everything we needed!

The accommodation was a home away from home and provided a great place to stay for our multigenerational visit to Chicago.

Very comfy apartment in a great neighborhood. We were in town for a baseball game and it’s a terrific place for that, just about a 20-minute walk to Wrigley Field. The only thing to be concerned about is the stairs: there are two flights to get into the apartment and they’re fairly steep and small, so if you have mobility issues that would be a concern. I don’t and had no problem. Karen is a lovely host and was very helpful when I was getting into the place and unloading my stuff from my car. There are tons of restaurants and coffee shops in the area, so it’s a great place to explore and hang out.

My sister and I had a great time in Chicago. The location and accommodations were perfect! A block and 1/2 from Wrigley, yes we saw a game and the Cubs win! A block and 1/2 away from the “L” and a quiet neighborhood. The inside had everything we needed to make breakfast, sleep and relax on the backside porch sipping champagne. Would give this place 6 stars if I could. Thanks Mike for being a great host.

When we were first looking for a place to stay, none of the available AirB&Bs looked great. A week later, we looked again, and suddenly Julia's place popped up. It was so much better looking, and with a fairer price, than any others I could find in the list. A two-bedroom that is a *real* two-bedroom, for the price that others were charging for a pull-out bed in the living room. It was just as beautiful in-person. We felt immediately at-home and comfortable. I'm someone who has insomnia, especially while traveling, but there, I had no problem sleeping somehow. Also, it truly is a short walk to the Blue Line, or even a just few steps from the 77 bus route, which goes to the Blue Line, or all the way right into downtown Chicago.

My daughter and I stayed at Izakaya Studio on a recent visit to Chicago. The studio is great and Brett made it so easy to locate everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The next time we stay I hope to spend more time exploring the neighborhood because there were so many restaurants and shops to choose from (lots of open-air patios and decks which would be so nice during the summer season). The walk to the blue line El stop felt safe and quick. We loved the studio's layout. The kitchen and bedroom areas were separate and Brett has two big, comfy chairs for relaxing, and ample island space for eating or using as a work space. My daughter had some virtual work meetings and the Wi-Fi was reliable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you'd need for meal prep. We ate out each day, but our delicious breakfast take-out came from a place right up the street called Yolk. I highly recommend the Izakaya Studio for a relaxing and fun visit to Chicago.

747 Lofts was our Knight in Shinning Armor! We had to relocate from a nasty ABnB & found this diamond! Was great location, very clean, comfy, & everything worked as it should. Shower & kitchen was better than normal w/higher end/spa feel. Linens were nice & plush, too. Building & area was safe & clean. Love the theme of 747 Lofts! We’ll definitely stay here again when in Chicago!👍👍

Fantastic place! The Andersonville neighborhood is friendly and gorgeous, lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance, and the L station is just a few minutes' walk away. The off-street parking to keep the car out of the way during our stay was an added bonus. One note for visitors: The Argyle station (the nearest L stop) is under construction. The entrance is now on Winona - which is even closer to the Airbnb.

This is a WONDERFUL one bedroom apartment that is both private and spacious! The owner/host has the space fabulously decorated with an eclectic mix of original contemporary artwork and antiques. Nothing is generic about the space and it has been outfitted for guests with loving care. The host, Kaye, clearly puts much trust in her guests with her charming decor and furnishings. The amount of space, the privacy and the home-y feel make it a place we'd love to return to.

The apartment was perfect. Clean, comfortable and comfortable exactly as described. The location is great. Lots to do in the neighborhood, and super easy to get the L to anywhere.

We were a family of five and had plenty of room to spread out. We appreciated all of the kitchen amenities and the comfortable couch and chairs.
