Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Rawai

We stayed at this Airbnb with our friends, the place was lovely, very comfortable and clean! We had some difficulties with finding it, but the host was very helpful and assisted us. All furniture looked new and in good condition. The apartment is 7 minutes away from Central Phuket Mall, it was very convenient to walk there for groceries or dinners. They also have all luxury brands like Dior/LV there, in case you need it) We were very happy that we chose this place, really recommend it

Andrea is a great host that makes time for his guests as he is very helpful and friendly. He knows the neighborhood well and makes sure you're well taken care of

The apartments exceeded our expectations. They look much better than in the photos and have really good and comfy vibes. Also, you should take into account that it is not a “silky smooth” kind of apartment: it is on the ground floor, and you may meet some insects in the apartment because of that. For us, it was not a big deal The host was super kind and helpful. And the location is excellent: north Phuket is amazing: jungles, pure nature

Stayed for 10 days. The house is nice, liked the bed and the kitchen. Lapassarin is very friendly and caring, speaks English well and helps with any questions.

Amazing property, amazing hosts! Perfect for a getaway

Excellent location close to an abundance of restaurants and bars. Secluded location with a spa that has a pool you can use all day 10 meters away. Wouldn’t book anywhere else if I was to return, it is exactly as advertised. I would highly recommend this property.

Staff met us to welcome us to the Airbnb. The girls were very friendly and accommodating. They gave us great recommendations for a night market and restaurant. The showers were a bit tricky to make hot water work, (sometimes inside and other times it didn’t). Great pool and view of the ocean.

It was a perfect stay for our family vacation. The villa is clean, spacious and beautiful. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. The pool was clean and wide, fitted all 9 members of my family swimming freely. The view was spectacular, we sat by the pool all day while we weren’t swimming. Staff were amazing, friendly and helpful, always smiling. We had good breakfast almost everyday, and a gorgeous plate of fruits. I definitely recommend this villa if you’re planning to come to Phuket, perfect area far away from the crowded places, you get to have a lot of near by activities cheaper than the ones near patong. I stayed there for 6 nights, i felt safe in the villa and safe to keep my belongings and leave.

Great stay, nice place. Friendly hosts with little instruction at check in. House was amazing and would definitely recommend the scooter transport as it is further away from some of the places we wanted to see. They can contact if you need a scooter, I would recommend it. We did it and got good scooters and was legit. Would definitely come back! Was awesome 🙌🏼

Premkamon is a great host. The place in itself is soo pretty, looks better in real-life then in pictures. Whenever I'll visit Thailand again, I'll surely come back to this property.

Very much enjoyed my time at Urarat’s. The room was clean and well appointed. The resort had a pool and exercise room, beach close by. Liked strolling and sampling from the food carts every evening. It is quite a ways from Old Town Phuket, so taxi fares would add up if you were traveling there often. I wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Beautiful room, new, clean, very well taken care of by the owner. The place has a swimming pool, fitness, convenience store, but you can use the delivery service.

Overall it's exactly what I expected it to be. No surprises which is very important for an airbnb experience. One negative thing that stood out is potential fatal danger if you stay there with small kids. The rails of hallway outside of the unit right in front of elevator got very big gaps that people or kids up to 30 kg who aren't careful can easily get through the gaps and fall off. When coming home or leaving home adults must always be vigilant and keep the kids close and away from potential disaster. Please bring this up to management of the building and close those dangerous fatal gaps

This condo is a great place to stay. Very clean and modern inside, and close to Central Festival shopping centre and cinemas. I have already booked this condo again for when I return to Thailand next month.
