There is no reliable internet but good cell coverage available; the smart tv can tether to your own device and streaming service provider.

At our clean and comfortable Loft suite, you will find yourself close to the colleges and downtown activities, while staying in a country setting on six acres of land, beautiful trees, dark, star-lit nights, and we have a swing set in the backyard. You will enjoy a completely private unit with its own private entrance and no shared spaces at all. Clarkson University is close enough to see from the property. The Cabin Retreat on Elm Street

Kick back and relax in this small cozy cabin located on Elm street just outside of Potsdam. The cabin is conveniently just minutes from Canton Potsdam Hospital, SUNY Potsdam, and Clarkson University. Sleeps up to 3 guests. There is a Queen size Sleep Number bed in the upstairs loft, and the sofa bed pulls out into a twin bed. Sip a cup of coffee and enjoy the views on the balcony. Grill some dinner outback on the patio. Enjoy the privacy of the entire cabin to yourself.

1872 United Methodist church converted into a great cabin/farmhouse style home. This home features 1 bedroom and a large 30'x14' loft area and can accommodate 6+ guests easily.
