The kitchen is fully equipped, the dining room is connected to the living room, and there is access to the terrace. In the courtyard, there is a 45-square-meter (484-square-foot) swimming pool and a summer kitchen that guests can use. Likewise, lounge chairs and umbrellas are free of charge, and guests are welcome to use them. The entire property is enclosed by a fence.
