Great home away from home. An hour west of KS City and 40 mins south of Topeka. Phones only work with WIFI assist. Great place to unplug and enjoy a slice of heaven

Or jump on the Flint Hills Nature Trail - one of the longest rail trails in the US and a favorite for hiking and biking.

On the water and nestled in the trees, its a great location for a private get away. The main level features two queen bedrooms, a TV room, bath, kitchen and lakeview room overlooking the large, gently sloping yard and lake. Additional sleeping with futons in the TV room and lakeview room. Enjoy brick-paved patio with colorful adirondaks around fire pit, a hammock, horseshoes, ping pong, charcoal grill and picnic table. If you'd like to unplug & spend time on a Kansas Farm, this place is for you! The original 100 year old farmhouse has been modernized to feel cozy, yet still has its original charm. There is plenty of land to enjoy a walk, play games, star gaze, or start the firepit in our quaint tree grove. Although located *RIGHT ON* 75 hwy, the trees offer some seclusion from the highway. Very convenient for visiting the local lakes, traveling through, or just wanting to get out of the city.

For the explorers, there are plenty of gravel roads to bike, kayaks available for the pond, and flora and fauna to find. ***Please note*** This is a dry cabin-meaning there are no water facilities inside, but there is an exterior entrance to a bathroom/shower off the main house that is available 24/7.

Koch Guesthouse

This spacious cabin sits on a small farm in Osage City, Kansas. It has all the amenities for a comfortable stay: loft bedroom with a queen bed, queen size bed on ground floor and a twin bed on ground floor. The cabin also has an open kitchen, bathroom with shower, wood-burning stove, surround-sound stereo and a TV (Netflix and YouTube available). You’ll have the entire place to yourselves. Be mindful that we often have cattle in the surrounding pasture.
