Beautifully styled coach house. A complete home from home, relaxing, peaceful, providing you with everything you need as if you were at home. Off street parking. Fully equipped kitchen, Iron, Hair dryer, Smart TV and only 4 miles from Reading Train Station, University of Reading, Royal Berkshire Hospital and Oracle shopping, Town centre. Within 2 minutes walking to local shop. Lots of places to eat around the property even a Michelin restaurant L'Ortolan 3 minutes drive. Fresh linen and towels.

Riverside Log Cabin+Luxury Hot Tub Spa+Copper bath
Charming, riverside log cabin on the bank of the Kennett, overlooking a nature reserve. Privately located in my back garden there is a large open plan room with 2 double sofa beds, sleeping 4, a slate bed pool table & Hi Fi system. There's a luxury en suite bathroom with copper bathtub, shower, basin & WC. There are basic kitchen facilities with kettle, toaster, double hot plate, microwave & grill, sink & refrigerator/freezer. A veranda with 2 bbq's & seats plus lower deck overlook the river.

Bright and private double room on ground floor, with Netflix. Safe driveway parking. The room has a separate entrance and a private ensuite bathroom, fridge, electric cooking hob and microwave. University, RBH and Reading town within a walking distance, TVP a short drive. There is no outside space, but a nice neighbourhood with shops, botanical gardens, and museums is within a short walk. If you need both beds, please note there'll be very little floor space left. Our quiet hours are 11pm-6am.

One bedroom apartment with a quality kingsize bed, double sofa bed in the lounge, so sleeps four comfortably. A modern, central and cosy flat with all the comforts. Ultra HD Smart tv and super fast WiFi. Close to Reading town centre, the two train stations, all the main bus routes. The local pub is The Nags Head, award winning Real ale pub. Great local shopping at The Oracle, restaurants, cinema and theatre. Free off road parking and private gf entrance. Double glazing, central heating.

The Secret garden apartment
A lovely indendant apartment at the bottom of our garden secluded by trees . the apartment has a nice outside area with patio table and chairs . Inside there is a large open plan kitchen , dinner, lounge with a sofa bed and a well equipped kitchen with double oven , fridge freezer , dishwhaser , whashing machine microwave , toaster, kettle and much more . theres a large smart tv and wifi , dinning table . bedroom with king size bed and built-in wardrobe . bathroom with walk-in shower .

A relaxing retreat close to the Thames.
The Studio is a self contained space attached to our home. It has an open plan area with a kitchen, dining , sitting and sleeping space as well as a separate shower room. Access is through a private entrance at the front of the house. Purley on Thames is a small village in West Berkshire with good access to Reading, Pangbourne and Oxford by car. The Studio is a 10 min walk away from Mapledurham Lock on the Thames path and there are also some lovely walks through nearby Sulham woods.

The house was 'created' in 2020 having originally been part of the village pub - its now part of a redeveloped property which also includes the owners home and a fabulous cafe called Artichoke Cafe The property is right in the heart of the picturesque riverside village of Pangbourne with its fabulous specialist shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Yet only ten minutes walk gets you to the countryside! The village also boasts a mainline station with direct trains to London Paddington.

Private Annex En suite Double Room (Dog Friendly)
Private access, front door leads into living area and patio doors into garden. Fully furnished, sofa bed, desk, tea, coffee making facilities, microwave, iron and free Wi-Fi. Upstairs, ensuite shower room, double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and TV. A door to the main house kitchen links the annex and remains locked. We do respect our guests privacy but are available if need be. A short walk from town/train stations and supermarkets, restaurants and pubs located near by.
