Flat with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Free undercroft parking is included, with lift access directly to the floor. Fast WiFi is provided. Conveniently located in Reading town centre, a 7-minute walk from the train station. The flat was built recently (2015), boosting far-reaching views over Reading town centre. There's a concierge service and CCTV cameras, making the building extremely safe. I have been one of the very few superhosts in town for many years; please, check out the reviews below.

One bedroom apartment with a quality kingsize bed, double sofa bed in the lounge, so sleeps four comfortably. A modern, central and cosy flat with all the comforts. Ultra HD Smart tv and super fast WiFi. Close to Reading town centre, the two train stations, all the main bus routes. The local pub is The Nags Head, award winning Real ale pub. Great local shopping at The Oracle, restaurants, cinema and theatre. Free off road parking and private gf entrance. Double glazing, central heating.

Why book a hotel room when you can get a one bedroom 1ST floor flat to yourself with kitchen and living room situated approx. 6 mins walk from the Reading main station. It also comes with a permit parking space right in town centre which normally costs extra. The flat comes with a 43 inches Samsung Smart TV and also unlimited high speed fibre broadband. It is also minutes away from Broad St where you will find most of the high street shops/restaurants/bars and Oracle is also nearby.

Private Annex En suite Double Room (Dog Friendly)

Private access, front door leads into living area and patio doors into garden. Fully furnished, sofa bed, desk, tea, coffee making facilities, microwave, iron and free Wi-Fi. Upstairs, ensuite shower room, double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and TV. A door to the main house kitchen links the annex and remains locked. We do respect our guests privacy but are available if need be. A short walk from town/train stations and supermarkets, restaurants and pubs located near by.

Beautiful, newly-renovated and private one-bed cottage annexed to our home set in a large, mature garden near to Panbourne and Goring (both on the Thames) Henley-on-Thames and Oxford. Private outside area available. Superb area for walks, cycling (we can provide space to keep bikes) and adventures on the river. Excellent range of restaurants and pubs nearby.
