Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Recco

We felt completely comfortable in Villa Millin! The house is clean and lovingly maintained. Loredana was extremely friendly, always easy to reach and welcomed us warmly. The villa is fantastically beautiful in the middle of nature - a perfect retreat to relax. The property is spread over three levels: downstairs the house with several cozy seating areas, on the middle level a Hollywood swing with an impressive view of the valley, and upstairs the pool area with loungers and a fantastic panorama of the surrounding landscape. The access is a bit adventurous, but quite feasible - and the location makes up for it. We really liked everything very much, we didn't miss anything and would come back anytime. A small note: On weekends, you can occasionally hear motorcycles from the road in the valley - but during the week and at night, it is wonderfully quiet. Overall an absolutely recommended place to stay!

Giacomo's house gave us a weekend of peace and tranquility. Surrounded by greenery, about 10 minutes by car from Moneglia, it is perfect for a couple who wants to enjoy a moment of peace. Impeccable cleanliness and proactive host in communications.

We loved our stay and Daniela was a great host. The location is beautiful and the views are amazing - but just be prepared that the walk into town is very steep and the path a little overgrown - not so easy after dark or with shopping! For us through, it was more than worth it for the views. The villa was lovely, very traditional Italian style and had everything we needed. The pool was a big hit and not very easy to find in this area so we and the kids loved it. We felt very at home. One thing to note is that the rubbish disposal is a little difficult and we had to dispose of all of our rubbish ourselves, which we didn't realise - the bins are located at the bottom of a very steep hill and road so if you don't have a car, it isn't easy. Other than that, we loved our stay and will hopefully return!

Levanto is a beautiful place, the villages of Cinque Terre are easily accessible from the Levanto train station. The train station is a pleasant 15 minute walk from Rita's house. In addition to hiking and bathing, the house is also good for "Il dolce far niente".

This accommodation exceeded our expectations in every aspect! The house spans two floors, offering plenty of space to relax and unwind. The kitchen is equipped with every imaginable appliance and utensil, making cooking an absolute pleasure. The bathroom was spotless and so comfortable that we felt right at home. However, the true highlight is the location and the breathtaking view from the house. Overlooking the sea with stunning sunsets, it genuinely felt like paradise. The setting is perfect for exploring Genoa while staying away from the hustle and bustle of the city. A short walk from the house leads to a bus stop with a very reliable bus service that took us directly to the city center. Overall, it was a truly wonderful stay and we thank Carlo for his exceptional hospitality. Communication was smooth and quick, and we’re so grateful to have discovered this hidden gem. Highly recommended!

Ideal accommodation for those who want tranquility, an area full of greenery in a very small village. I felt like I was quiet in a mountain cabin. It will have been the effect of finding the stove on and the vision of the fire has brought me back to the years of my youth. I only stayed for two days for work but if I could I would have stayed another day. Absolutely recommended, ideal for two. The only downside is that there is no coffee maker and maybe a few waffles available for guests.

An oasis of greenery, silence and peace, a 5-minute walk from the center and the sea and 10 minutes from the station. The apartment is located on the second floor of a villa, surrounded by gardens and trees, and is equipped with every comfort. The rooms are spacious and the furniture is well cared for. There's a garden with a side table, chairs, and deck chairs, and plenty of indoor parking. Giovanni and his wife were very kind and welcoming hosts, and they also gave us the opportunity to check in early and postpone the check-out

We had a wonderful time in the great accommodation of Maria Luisa, the house is equipped with all comforts and sparkling clean. we were so warmly welcomed that we immediately felt at home. In addition, Maria Luisa was also available for fun tips in the area or restaurants As far as we are concerned, a big plus and a reason to definitely come back.

The apartment was cosy and had everything we needed. The terrace was particularly nice, with great views to the square and market below. The location was perfect, close to everything and 5 mins from Chiavari station, making day trips along the coast very easy. Daniela was quick to respond to our questions and provided great recommendations, which helped make our stay more enjoyable.

We had a great time in Stefano's apartment. The real plus of this apartment is the magnificent view of the sea and the town of Moneglia.

Although we encountered some problems at the beginning, she always responded quickly, quickly helped us solve them, and provided a lot of small town introductions. She was very kind and polite. We stayed for 5 days at Donatella and Erri's place. The house is really very pretty and well decorated. Very cozy, good bedding, we felt great. The environment is beautiful, the outside is pleasant but it's a shame that the noise from the highway is a little present. On the other hand, inside is the total calm and we slept very well there. Donatella and Erri are very friendly, warm and discreet hosts. They respond quickly to any questions and are present on site, which is convenient if needed . We highly recommend them and the discovery of Chiavari was a treat for us: very nice downtown, many shops, nice people and the train to go everywhere. Great plan for those who don't like places that are too touristy.

We stayed with Paolo for a week and felt super comfortable. For a group the house is perfect, the kitchen is extremely well equipped and the garden and pool are beautiful. Paolo is a very very nice host and was always easily accessible and helpful.

spacious and well-equipped apartment, it enjoys a spectacular view. Angelo was always available and very kind, upon our arrival he gave a general overview of what to visit nearby and all the public transport that we could have taken without the need to move the car.

This house is a wonderful getaway with unbelievable views of the town and Mediterranean Sea below. It’s surrounded by olive trees and fruit trees. You can hear the highway below so if you need total silence be aware. The drive up to the house is nerve wracking if you are not used to small mountain roads and the driveway is very steep, so be aware of that as well. Our group of 8 adults and 1 baby had a wonderful relaxing time and Lavagna is a cute beach town with restaurants and ice cream. Such an amazing place to stay!

We wish we could have put the car in the inner square yet available. A few bowls/dishes are lacking in dishes.

Absolutely wonderful stay in such a beautiful setting. The villa is beautiful - the hand painted tiles particularly are stunning. It is traditional and well equipped. The view is what you are staying for and that was incredible! We enjoyed sitting out on the terrace, eating our dinner and watching the world go by. I personally stayed in the back room where the train tracks are and I know some of the reviews mention this as an issue. I really found it absolutely fine, I had brought ear plugs which I wore (which I do normally) and it really didn't bother me. I actually quite enjoyed hearing the trains. I would say a car is needed for the villa, which we had. It would be fairly difficult to navigate without and it is approximately 250 steps up to the main road. Laura was amazing! So attentive and even got us some lovely treats as we were getting a late flight to Milan and then a long drive. Nothing was too much trouble.

Guiseppes place is amazing if you want to spend a nice holiday. The view of the sea is great and the house is very nicely furnished. We loved our stay and Guiseppe was very helpful, if there was any kind of problem.

Stefano was a super kind and helpful host. He welcomed us into his beautiful home with spectacular views of the Gulf of Tigullio: a real painting between sunrise and sunset, difficult to leave! The house was very tidy and well-kept, and in the morning he made us find a warm Ligurian focaccia for breakfast, a very special thought. It was a very pleasant stay, we hope to be back soon!

We love this place so much, very beautiful 200 years house with cozy interior, garden and stunning view. Escape from city, picked lemons and vegetables from the garden, cooked meals, we enjoyed living in the place so much. The host was so nice and helpful he recommended lots of good restaurants nearby and beautiful spots to see, would love to comeback again.
