Beautiful spacious 1 bedroom apartment located on the south side close to the college and hospital (4 blocks away). It comes fully-furnished on the second floor with great balcony. Recently renovated with upgraded finishes and built for a comfortable stay. Wi-Fi and Netflix are included. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, cutlery, etc. Our building is secured and we offered a gated parking lot for extra security. Short driving distance to all major amenities and shopping centres.

You will enter SunRise Suite from the back of the house and it is a separate unit within the lower floor of the home. The spacious suite includes a full kitchen and 3 piece bathroom with shower. You will sleep in a kingsize bed in the bedroom. Also on the lower level are two Airbnb bedrooms for other guests.
